Description of Work: He did a very thorough inspection. Everything was explained so that all parties involved had a clear understanding of what was being done. It did not even take as long as he initially suspected.

Description of Work: Peter was very knowledgable. We had a cracked chimney. He explained the problem and outlined the required fixes. He took ample time to explain the issues, which was very appreciated. We would use him again, hopefully not, if anything structural arises again. We recommend him.

Description of Work: I had an estimate performed on my property for $200.00 and was told a written estimate would cost anywhere from $1500.00 to $2000.00. The work he stated that HAD to be done is wrong. He stated my house would have to be lifted (my home can't be lifted). I would have to have plates installed to secure a wall because nothing is holding it up. There is a steel beem in my basement that is holding the wall in place. He also acted that my request was not important. I will never use this company and strongly urge others not to use it either!

Description of Work: Regarding the settling of the house, Peter reviewed the issue and stressed how important it is to carry water as far away from your foundation as possible in (gutters/downspouts) to minimize future settling. He also reviewed soundness of attic joists which had been cut by the previous owner to accommodate a large antenna. He suggested these be repaired, gave a specification drawing and talked to my contractor who had questions about how to do it, Very helpful, very professional.
