I have purchased $50 special for a Residential Lead Consultation; with $50 Credit. They came out on time and pointed out what to be done in great details. They even send you pictures to help you remembering all the details on what need to be done. They do not charge you for retests. if you fails the test. They really show genuine interest on their customers. I have used them for 3 properties already with more to come. I have worked with other lead inspectors before, They are the best by far.

In this line of work you can find a lot of services that are less than business like i.e. don,t return calls, texts or email promptly. None of this applies to this Company. The tester (owner) showed up on time, gave me some good advice, gave me a date when I would have the report, and then hand delivered the lead certificate to me.

1This was a summer day. The inspection was scheduled early in the day. After the inspector pointed out areas I could improve, I worked h****** scraping an painting the bad areas. Norman was a super guy because he gave me a few hours to improve the chipping paint areas and he came back the same day. He took samples from the windows and the floor and a few days later the lab tests showed no dangerous lead levels. I received my lead inspection certificate and I was able to get my rental license that week. This is a great service.

He was really helpful. Norman Rosenzweig visited my rental property twice. He pointed out all the areas of chipping paint I should cover with new paint. He advised vacuuming and cleaning all floors. He did a thorough job. When he returned a second time, he took samples from each room. All areas he had given me advice to fix were fixed. The house passed inspection. The inspector was really helpful. He pointed out areas of chipping paint and areas where I should do a good job of cleaning. I had to paint over door frames and gutters and scrape areas on my ceiling. I only had to fix a few spaces. The inspection took 45 minutes. The inspector , Norman, took samples and sent them to the lab. The results came back lead free. I received my lead certificate and I was able to get my rental license. He was a great inspector.
