He sent all of his credential ahead of time, arrived 5 minutes early, and explained his process and everything he was doing. When there was a minor misunderstanding, he offered a compromise on price just to make sure we were fully satisfied. A real gentleman. Norman showed up on time, he was thorough with explanations about requirements and process and was patient to answer all my questions. It was pleasant to work with him.

Contact him he sent me all credentials prior to work answer some of my question. Was able to come in a short frame of time. Arrived on time. Walked the premises. Then came inside his demure was excellent. He made a diagram of where each window was located and began taking test samples of window sills. He was through. He walked me through each step. Was very respected and thorough at the task at hand. He was very kind and pleasant didn't rush the job. I would highly recommend to others.

Very well. They were very responsive, kept in touch until the job was actually started. They showed up an hour ahead of time, we didn't have to stay at the home while the inspection was being done and they were the most reasonable.

I recently purchased a rental house and have been working with many contractors and service people over the last few months. Norman truly was the most professional and responsive person I've worked with, not to mention he is a genuinely nice guy. I didn't understand what was required for the lead inspection so Norman explained the entire process in detail. What will be tested, how long it takes, what happens if I fail/pass, paper work requirements. There was also a paper work error caused by MDE that Norman went above and beyond to fix for me. Mr. Rosenzweig was very professional and courteous when he came out to inspect the apartment. He did swipes of the windows for lab testing and took pictures of the areas that needed to be painted and gave me a timeline of when I could expect the lab results. The lab results came back early and he met with me to hand over the certificate. He was very punctual and efficient.

It was excellent. Paying upfront for the lead services was a smart move. This was the best service. If you're looking for a professional this is the service you want.

Vanessa and Norman were absolutely wonderful. We were concerned with lead paint since we have a three year old and they were thorough and provided a lot of good information regarding the testing process and lab report. I would highly recommend them for any lead testing services.

We are so incredibly pleased with Norm and Vanessa. They responded promptly to my emails and showed up on time for our appointments. They explained everything to me and gave me an estimate of costs for the final test ahead of time. Terrific! Highly recommend this company. Norman and Vanessa explained and tested everything thoroughly. They were SO nice and professional. Most important: they took & sent me pictures of everything I needed to attend to before their return visit. They really HELPED me and shared my goals to get the units really lead-safe and certified. They are committed to the customer and the process and return trips are included in the price - there are no surprises. I almost didn't choose this company because their base price and per/sample price were higher than others- but the others would have ended up costing me MORE!
