They did a pretty good job, except one area that was part of a secondary roof. Now I am having to go back to do additional work to the area.

We were very pleased from our first interaction to the completion of the job. Only time will tell whether the roof is the qualilty they promise, but if their product is as good as their customer service, we will be well pleased. They responded to my inquiry promptly, they followed up with intelligent, thoughtful information. They provided pictures of the roof, explained thoroughly what they recommended. When the time came for the installation, they provided pictures along the way. They needed to go down to the wood and removed over 8,000 llbs of old material. I was very happy that they did that, it makes me feel very secure to know that they have replaced 30 years of layer after layer from other schlocky roofers. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Granted they were not the cheapest, but in this case, I believe you get what you pay for. We got several estimates and requested some that never even returned my call. Their presentation and professionalism was worth every penny. When you have a home improvement that you never get to see, its hard to plunk down that kind of money but in this case it bought me something that is worth whatever you have to pay for it, Peace of mind! For that I am very grateful.

I highly recommend that you consider this company for your roofing needs. From initial contact through final clean-up, this team demonstrated incredible professionalism, courtesy and superior knowledge. They patiently addressed all of my questions, provided guidance on choosing the roof tile and color, and helped me understand financing offers. I received 4 estimates for replacing my gutters, roof and sky lights. Recovery Home Improvement was the most competitive of the offers while also providing the best price on upgraded materials. At our request, the owner met with us on a weekend to provide the estimate and explain all of our options. (Other roofing companies would not meet with us on a weekend.) He was on time for our appointment, even calling ahead to confirm that the time with us. During our meeting, it was very clear that he has a lot of experience. Once we agreed to move forward, he was able to schedule our roofing date to meet our needs. The actual installation effort was seamless. The team worked well together, stayed very focused and were very careful with my yard and property. Every single person from Recovery Home Improvement was very respectful to us and to each other. The roof looks fantastic - several neighbors have commented on how nice our house looks with the new roof. We have not had any issues, and I am confident that we can count on Recovery Home Improvement to repair any damage in the future. Price was important to us, and they had the best estimate. More importantly, they know what they are doing and they do it very well.

Job went very well. Called Recovery Home Improvement when my roof got damaged in a wind/rain storm. Jimmy came out the same evening to tarp the roof to prevent leaking and further damage to the interior. Jimmy took pictures of roof and interior which was provided to the insurance company. Jimmy also made himself available to speak with the insurance company. The roof was replaced today and the two employees completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I will use this company again. They were very efficient and easy to reach by phone and email.

We called on Friday afternoon with an emergency situation and explained we were leaving town shortly with bad weather approaching. On Saturday they arrived at the house and evaluated the problem. Within hours they sent a detailed assessment with photos clearly describing the problem, giving us multiple options and pricing for repair all with a warranty. On Sunday they arrived on time and performed the work as promised. All interaction was through both of the company owners, and calls to the office and emergency line were promptly answered. In do not wish to need another roof, but look forward to working with Recovery Roofing when I need them.

I submitted a request for an estimate via the Recovery Home Improvement, Inc. website late Thursday. Vice President/Office Manager Nicole Burns responded very quickly via email and telephone message. She coordinated a date on Saturday that was convenient for James to assess the damage and give me an estimate. James arrived 1/2 hour early and after a quick inspection advised that the damage was relatively minor and offered a very reasonable estimate to replace the plywood and repair the shingles. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the repairs that would be required. The roofers arrived Monday and did an excellent job repairing the shed. My wife spoke briefly with them and advised that they were both very polite and professional. They went immediately to work and did an excellent job repairing the shed roof and cleaning up after the work was done. The roofers even neatly folded the tarp and stacked the landscaping bricks that I had used to cover the hole. From the initial coordination with Nicole, to the fast and fair estimate by James, and the excellent work done by the roofers, this was an outstanding experience. The level of personal attention I received for a small job was nothing short of impressive. If I ever need roofing work done in the future I will certainly contact Recovery Home Improvement, Inc. Highly recommend Recovery Home Improvement. I had an old roof deck that has been causing various roof leaks for years now. I contacted them on a Thursday, had someone come out that Saturday and had an estimate in hand by the following Monday. Not only was the estimate process fast, but the work was actually a bit cheaper than I had anticipated. They estimated that they would be out to repair the roof and remove the deck within a week, but I received a call that they could come out four days early. It honestly looks like I have a brand new roof. The entire process was fast, affordable and professional. I can't say enough good things about Jimi and his team!

Dean was the estimator who really listens and wanted to make sure that they were going to do the best job that they could do for me. He was with his crew the entire time, they were excellent and it was a big 2 day job. They crew were very detailed and they did everything 100%. I was thrilled and their communication for the times of the call were excellent. The calls were always met, their meeting times were always on time, they were also willing to pick up/drop off the supplies for me too. I am even going to keep their sign in my front lawn, because I want everyone to know their name.

They did a very good job and I would use them again for any of my home repair needs.

I contacted this provider two weeks prior to the appointment I was given. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am on July 15th, 2013. When I called, I was told that the person who did the estimates would be on vacation the week prior to my appointment so the 15th was the soonest they had available. I accepted and planned accordingly. On the day of the 15th, no one showed up and no one called. I contacted the company to find out what happened. I was very disappointed to find out that they didn't have me on their schedule. The woman that answered my call, giggled and said, Ï don't know what to say other than I'm sorry and it happens sometimes." and she giggled again. I was left to feel like their error and my time was unimportant. I will not do business with a company who claims on their website... "Customers come first." "We meet all pre-determined deadlines." and "Customer satisfaction is guaranteed." and then has a nonchalant attitude when they make an error and someone spends their day waiting for them. I wish there was a rating lower than an F.

It actually turned out very well. I like the quote, I like the fact that they completed the job on time and within the quote and I thought that they were a professional company. I think it was the first or second week of June, it was actually slightly delayed because the weather here has not been very cooperative for us to work this summer.

They were good. I don't have anything unpleasant at all to say about them. I was talking with them and I knew that they were using Putty Hill Avenue road which is probably about three or four miles from where I live. As they were talking about using that area as storage area was just very pleasant.

.i agreed to the price. they told me when they would start and how long it would take.,and it happened just as i was told. i am very pleased with the project.

What Recovery Home Improvement did was they pulled down the old stuff and they put up literally 3 pieces of wood and didn't even paint it. They told me they didn't paint it because it's maintenance free; it's pressure wood but all the other homes were painted white. I did call and someone was suppose to give my husband a call. I called to complain because it looks like an uncompleted job. Things are not sealed up. I'm very, very disappointed. When I called them about the painting that's when they referred me to someone and told me it's maintenance free. Then I have brought up another project that we possibly may have, they gave us a quote on it but it was pretty high. Then they added that the would go back if we have them do this other project at another property, they would go back and they would paint the other thing.

Really enjoyed meeting Jimmy, the owner, on the initial estimate visit. I was pleasantly surprised that Recovery's estimate was by far the most competitive of three businesses referred to me by a friend in the local roofing market. They stood by their contract with me with no after the fact gimmicks or upsells. Team at the house was hardworking and respectful of our home. Cleanup efforts after the roof was in place were very conscientious (although truthfully not perfect). Would have liked the team leader to be a little more interactive with the homeowner, but the main thing is the main thing: quality work at a fair price. I would recommend Recovery to a friend without reservation. Additionally, the office staff was very helpful and professional. I had some details that I needed help with in order to secure a military rebate. They went the extra mile to help me and never acted like I was a thorn in their side.

I would use Recovery Home Improvement again. They were responsive. After the storm, I had a roof leak. They scheduled a time to come out and do an estimate with me within a couple of days, and replaced the roof within a week. They kept me apprised of their progress. Overall, I though the work they performed was quality work. Since I am not a roofer, I can only believe that the work they completed was done well. Only time will tell. Plus I have a warranty. I also though the price was good.

Superb responsiveness from everyone in their business. Mother nature disaggreed with our plans and dropped rain on us for days but their staff and they themselves kept me in the communication loop about when to expect them. They were the only ones to provide samples that I could keep to review shingle colors. Also offered monthly incentives (yes! I have gutter guards now). But the major selling point was the consistent rapid feedback from owner, owner/wife and staff. This is very reassuring when spending lots of dollars. The installation of roof was fluid - a swarm of workers arrived and done early that afternoon - clean up done and house looking prettty. Only regret, won't get to use them anymore since roof will outlast me. Well done Recovery.

Our roof had been giving us problems for a few years and we decided it was time to go ahead and take it off the worry list for good (at least a very long time). The team at Recovery Home Improvement had been recommended from a previous contractor that had done some work for us and after meeting and talking with them, knew they would be good to work with. It was a big crew that worked on our house and can honestly say they were all extremely courteous, considerate and professional to myself and family, and took great care in keeping the work area clean and safe. They took a lot of precautionary measures with tarps and plywood to ensure that no periphery damage was done to the house or surrounding areas and when they left, it was hard to find any evidence that 33 square of roofing had been torn off of my house. There were a few minor items that they immediately followed-up on and took care of without hesitation or delay (chipped deck board, small piece of fascia wrap that was dented). The end product has totally transformed the look of our house and I can say without hesitation that these folks have been a pleasure to work with and do put customer satisfaction first and foremost.
