I had a great experience with Recovery Roofing from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was given an accurate estimate and I was not surprised with any hidden fees. The work was performed on the scheduled date and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Recovery Roofing.

Great experience overall! They were prompt, executed the work well and immediately addressed some questions I had.

We were quite apprehensive, but these folks were terrific from Day 1. The crew was professional and everything was staged very well. They cleaned up every day and at the completion there wasn't a scrap of anything left on our property. They protected our shrubs and our fish pond. As they discovered rotted wood on the roof, they communicated with us immediately. We will recommend them to our neighbors without hesitation.

I made an appointment for them to look at my soffit, one of the services they offer per their website ([*** Link removed ***] I waited a week for the appointment, then they did not show up at the scheduled time. When I called, I was told that they had come and inspected the roof. When I said that this is not what I made the appointment for, they said they had no record of that (I specifically made the appointment for the soffit) and indicated that I might want to call someone else. Very, very disappointed.

After having damage to our roof from the wind storm this company came right out to access our damages. Very professional and repaired our roof damage quickly. Would definitely recommend to others

A Crew of six arrived within the expected time frame, get right to work. Preparing first by laying protective vinyl tarp around house before removing shingles, worked steadily as a team and completed in one day. The job completed with no hidden costs. Total cost was fair and roof looks great.

The roof was installed in two days! The workers were prompt, hard working, considerate to my animals & kids, and they cleaned up everything. The owners were wonderful! They made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend to anyone!!

Recovery was the only roofer who would repair my leak rather than replace the roofs. He said It didn't need replacement, while several other companies suggested I replace 3 flat roof flat surfaces for cost between 9k and 16k. He also repaired a gutter rather than replacing it for $600 like another roofer wanted. The difference with this company is that the foreman does the estimate and not a sales rep. He was here during the job. The team was efficient and worked well together. I will use this company again.

Dean was through, knowledgeable and responsive. He arrived on time and his inspection of the roof identified some issues I had not been aware of. Although I went with another company I feel certain Recovery would have done a stellar job!

On time, courteous, professional-explained the job, answered all questions after the roof was installed, all nails roofing material were picked up beautiful job on the roof soffit.

From the very beginning the service was friendly and professional. Dean met me at my property on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. They worked within my budget without cutting corners. Compared to another roofer highly rated on Angie's List, Recovery Home Improvement offered additional services like replacement of some rafters and skylight installation, and at a lower quoted price. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in 2 days as promised. We've has a few good rains since then, and no leaks! So overall I would recommend them. They provide a 10 year warranty. Beware of unit prices in the contract that can drive the cost up beyond the estimate.

Love Recovery Home Services. Installed new roof. Thought I had problems, but turned out to be nothing. Not only did Dean meet me at the property to answer my concerns, but the owner came with him, in the rain I might add. Answered all of my questions. Excellent service, excellent job. When our original roofing contractor never came back to do a warranty repair, I tried Recovery Home Improvement instead. They were able to come to the house within two days of my call and they found the leak problem within 5 minutes. Although I was not able to meet Dean in person, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly over the phone. He sent 5 different pictures of the leak site before calling me back to discuss. He took his time answering all of my questions and concerns in a professional way. Best of all, he fixed the issue right there and then for a reasonable price, and followed up with even more pictures of what he had done. An excellent way to make a great first impression! We will absolutely be keeping Recovery Home Improvement in mind for future home projects.

Angie?s List Incident Reference #150812-000938 A reputable company always makes good on their promise. I have to consider the Recovery Home Improvement, Inc. as a reputable company. Few days ago, I wrote an unfavorable review about the Recovery Home Improvement, Inc. and gave them a low rating. Well, today the owner of the company sent their whole army to fix the roof leak. They installed new liner and replaced the roof shingles in entire section of the area to stop the leak. It is a good feeling to know that this company really cares about their customers. By this note, I am giving them their A rating back on the Angie?s List. Thanks Angie?s List for giving us the peace of mind by listing excellent companies on your site. I am glad I joined the Angie?s List.

Started out shaky, arrived very late but apologetic. Performed repair but was also later than time stated, but repair was made promptly and neatly. Price was reasonable.

Great experience all around. Nicole, the office manager, was extremely prompt and reponsive via email about all scheduling and estimate questions or issues. Jimi and his assistant came out immediately for a estimate, they were on time, and quick. They had a reasonable estimate for me that very night, and we were able to schedule the job 3 days later. They completed it in one day, and I was able to pay online. I highly recommend them.
