They did the job well.

We thought they were wonderful. They were very professional, we got a very nice proposal, and everything was done really nicely. We were very pleased with them. I think their price was a little bit higher than another company that gave us a proposal, but their work was worth it. They came out when they said they were coming and I would use them again.

They had a lot of experience. He looked at the roof from the ground which is a reason that we did not use them. He seemed very knowledge able though, and came back to us with a quote. Their price was also a little to high for our liking.

The project was handled very well from when the crews began, to a prompt completion in a about one week. Work was done at a high level of craftsmanship, clean up after completion was as it should have been, and my satisfaction is total. Pulaski was not the fastest to quote, but it was worth waiting until it came in.

Did a very good job, appeared when they said they would, did everything they said, cleaned up when job was finished. Crew worked hard the entire time they were on site.

The workers were all prompt, polite, and very efficient. They came when expected, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves.

Horrible. My roof was leaking soon after they worked on it. I asked them to honor their "guarantee" and check it out ... they took forever to return my multiple calls (sometimes up to three weeks), and when they finally came out, they claimed it was my neighbor's roof causing the leak, not mine, and that my roof was fantastic. We had two independent roofers look at our roofs and they both concluded that my neighbor's roof could not be causing my leak, and it had to be my roof that was the problem. Since Pulaski roofers refused to address my problem, I was forced to get someone else to fix my roof. To cap things off, it turns out Pulaski Roofers, when they checked out my leaking roof, caulked and sealed my satellite dish WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This was irrelevant since I got the dish AFTER the leaking had started, and the leaking STILL occurred after this unrequested caulking. Then they had the nerve to send me a $225 invoice in the mail telling me to pay them for this.

I have a three bedroom bi level home. Their price was reasonable. I checked with three other companies. They removed two layers of roofing. They were very professional and they all worked together.
