Awful! They took my deposit, never even started the work and now keep giving me the run around about getting my $6,000.00 deposit back. Job was contracted to be finished the beginning of November, 2016. They haven't even started and it's January 11, 2017

On August 10, Prestige Home Solutions put a hole in my house. Why, I ask? They broke the outside water pipe. So they put a hole in my house to fix the broken pipe. Water ran from my kitchen area down into my basement. They were contracted to do outside work. It is baffling to me how outside work ends up destroying the inside of the house. They damaged my kitchen, my basement, my carpet, my camera, my computers. They altered my life. I do photo work, the caused problem in my photo and IT business. I asked the VP who called me on Aug 11, 2016 for the liability insurance so I could fix my house. As of 2016.12.22 he, the VP have never submitted to me the policy. I asked for the BOM to see what was ordered for my house. They won’t deliver it. Within 10 days I was out of $6500 in restoration cost. I sent an invoice requesting payment, still waiting. They, Prestige Home Solutions said, if I sign the certificate of completion so the bank will release funds to them, they will pay the restoration cost. I haven’t signed and they haven’t paid. Their Law Firm only cares about getting them paid. They said I have to let the representatives of Prestige Home Solution make and assessment of my house. I said they came in on 3-4 different time. Finally, he admits they came in. Oh, so the real issue is, when they came in, they didn’t know how to do an assessment of what they saw. He, their Lawyer has now has given me until 12 Noon on 2016.12.23 to answer him I must let them in again since they got it wrong before. I say, thanks my GOD, my Daddy, my Pastor, and my Master. Otherwise, he is going to file suit against me for not letting Prestige Home Solution come into my home for a fourth time. I said, maybe I should sell tickets since my home is now a public place for all to visit and trample through my private home. I have nails and screws all over my yard. This is a hazard waiting to happen. My house is now growing mold. And they are taking me to court. But, no work, hear me, zero work has been done. And to date, they won’t submit the Liability Insurance to me.

I have a no solicitor sign on my door. Salesman knocked and engaged anyways. Said several lies, including doing work on neighborhood but wouldn't say where...that there were shingles coming off my roof (where there aren't).... High pressure sales tactics, rebuffed. Never buy a service from a door to door seller. Ever.

Do not ever work with this company, not keeping the promises.

Horrible. Do not deal with this company. Putchased new roof at fair price with certain guarantees that were not met. 1. You pay for plywood and if its not used they guarantee a refund. Well no plywood was used and after contacting the company for my 180 back they assured me a check was in the mail. Guess what? 3 weeks later no check. I call Ivan (the Pm) he avoids my calls. I text no response. I email, no reply 2. They guarantee nail pickup and cleanup. I have two small kids and a dog. I must of picked up 20-25 nails myself. Shingles were in flower beds. Trash was left everywhere 3. The presentation states they employee their own workers. Welp you can tell that is not true either. Daylaborers after speaking to them while doing the project 4. Overall a dishonest company. Do not use. They take your money and dont fulfill promises. Your promised this efficient project by Ivan and it just doesnt add up.

I had a private contractor I found on craigslist who wanted to charged me 300 dollars an hour for labor and I still had to buy Windows. Long story short I got CUSTOM FIT WINDOWS and great customer service at an affordable price. Best part is they purchased my champ Chuck's (my beloved dog) a water bowl

A canvasser approached my door, well dressed, professional, young guy and described to me who he was and offered a free estimate on my roof. He had an uplifting personality so I enjoyed chatting with him. I agreed on the free estimate and scheduled it the following day. The Sales representative, a cheerful, respectful, professional guy, arrives 15 minutes early and starts the estimate. Upon completing the estimate we go over different styles and colors. I scheduled a date for the installation approximately a few week later. On the installation date, a team arrives at my house early as usual and begins the project. It took them less then a week and everything met my expectation. I was completely satisfied with what they did and I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to start a new project.

Went really well. I was afraid at first because I had gutters installed (another company) before that fell off during the massive storm. Prestige responded to me within 10 minutes and the pricing was fair

The process itself was very efficient and convenient. They provided excellent service in terms of cooperation. They worked around my schedule, the sales person wasn't only there to sell, he let us take our time in deciding which roof we wanted. He provided every bit of information we needed regarding the roofing styles and choices. The actual work itself was done perfectly, the roof looks beautiful. They.re price was fair especially for the quality of work they provided. I would absolutely recommend them over any other company.

Do not use prestige. They are outrageously priced and not easy to work with.

The quote seemed fair, IVAN did his job in salesmanship. I just don't appreciate it when the salespersons mislead you into believing that they will PERSONALLY come and oversee the work being done. BS. But I digress. I would love love love, to give this company an A+ score, because cosmetically the roof over all looks good. However, this is admittedly a large roof, with a couple of additions. The one addition in particular is a pitched roof, that has NO attic. Now, please note that while this work was going on, there was another home emergency that had us displaced where the error was not discovered until we were able to move back into the house, not to mention the language/dialect barrier with the 'foreman' of the job. There error mentioned previously, the workers cut into the roof to install the ventilation line. Well in that room, there was no need to cut into the roof... you cut into the ACTUAL TIMBER. All that being stated, as soon as this was discovered I contacted the salesman who never called me directly, but referred me to someone in the company. That was late May of this year, it took weeks of back and forth telephone calls trying to get a 'supervisor' out to my home. When someone finally did come to take a look at the problem, we were assured in at the end of June, that repairs would take place the week of July 5th. Here we are at the last week of June and NOTHING... I've tried calling the company only to get voicemail. This concerns me, now I wonder should I get an independent inspector to see if they did the job to standard. This frightens me.

Although they did complete the work, the quality was below what I would have expected from a professional contractor. We had expected that the gutter would be more than a cheap flexible pipe that you can pick up from a home improvement store for ~$10. Workers / office management use high pressure tactics to "convince" you that you need additional work done. I would not recommend.

Sales/Marketing rep was very helpful, worked well with me to make sure my needs and expectations would be met at a reasonable price. The roofers were on time, polite, and worked very fast. There wasn't a lot of chatting while they worked.

It went badly: the guys left the trash( removed furniture, removed walls, boxes of new furniture) in front of our next door neighbours' house until we asked them to take it with them. We asked them to cover with granite tiles the place where the furniture was and I had to watch them to make sure they fill in every hole. They installed some cabinets without painting the area around. They left a white pipe inside one of the cabinets without covering it. They put the cabinets downstairs without cleaning underneath ( we saw the dirt under the dishwasher and stove). They never call to say when they come/ don't come to do the work; when they do call, they are always late. We asked them to cover every single whole in the wall because he had mice before, but they didn't. It's been a month now since we're left without water and a sink in the kitchen. We have no idea when the new pieces will arrive ( we rejected the 9 inch cabinets by the stove, because we had 12 in cabinets there ) and this is due to the 3.8 inches wrong measurements. It's been more than a week since we last heard from Mr. Ray Poellot who's in charge. We don't know when they'll come to finish the work.He sent a guy last Friday to take measurements for the new granite counter top piece . The guy promised to come today, Monday, May 23rd, to install it. He didn't come and he didn't call to let us know he'll not show up today. What do we do next? Find a lawyer ?

Went well, there were no issues and they cleaned up everything

my 3rd estimate and by far the highest at almost 16k for a 16 sq roof salesman became pushy and wouldn't accept no for an answer he tried the show home price which took it down to 11k in which I said no so it was at that time he said what would you pay and I cut original price in half just to see how bad I was being taken advantage of the agreed to 8k and they wanted 20% upfront before sales guy left......needless to say I wont have them do anything as they were way over priced and way over the amount of squares I needed all other estimates came in at 16 sq they had it 19 sq he never went into attic to look at anything he just sat there and pushed and pushed and pushed for a sale

Went very well. Salesman wasn't pushy. Gave us customers addresses to see their work. Followed up several times. We are pleased!

Prestige installed new siding. During the removal of the old siding, extensive termite and water damage was found along one exterior wall that was not anticipated. They assessed the damage and estimated the extra repairs. Although they had not anticipated the extra work, they worked quickly and finished in a timely manner. They even arrived very early one morning so that they could meet the BGE man to discuss moving some power lines for the work. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the hard work at what I felt was a reasonable price for all of the work they did.

The crew arrived at 7 am and worked steadily thru the morning, removing the old roofing, and replacing and damaged plywood. They then installed the new roofing, which was finished about 1 pm. There was a wait for the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards to arrive, but they went back to work once they arrived and finished the entire job by 5 pm. They cleaned up everything (and that can be difficult with all my flowers beds and shubbery around the house). The roofing crew was friendly and the work was done well (It rained heavily immediately after they finished and no leaks were found then, or since in this record setting rainy June.

Salesman came out and gave a pressured sale "1 day only deal" and I signed the contract... When I cancelled the contract within 3 business days through email and certified mail, because I found a better deal, I was harassed and threatened with a lawsuit... I would not reccomend them

This company solicits door to door in neighborhoods with "No Soliciting" signs at the entrance. They've canvassed our neighborhood 3 times in the past 6 months. I asked them nicely not to, but the salesperson was rude as was the person on the phone who told me there was nothing I could do. I encourage you to check the company out on the BBB website and see all the complaints about their door to door sales tactics and also their shoddy workmanship and service. Do not support these tactics and use another company.

It bothers my to no end when companies leave flyers on my mailbox or on my front door. When I'm looking to do business, I'll find you. This is why I have a no soliciting sign on my door. I save these flyers and ensure I do not do business with them. Add Prestige Home Solutions to the list.

Poorly. Materials arrived MUCH later than the estimate I was given. Work had to be scheduled just before July 4 holiday and I had friends arriving the day after the install. The wrong window was shipped and they tried to force me to accept it. I made them re-order. This meant a second installation date for that window. The initial install took more than the one=day estimate I was given, so to my horror, I had to clean up my house when they finished on the second day and immediately run to the airport to pick up my friend. The work was so-so, caulking was very messily done. There was still work to be done after the second install of the incorrectly ordered window. So, in all I had 3 install dates! I think with such aggravation, they should have given me a discount. They offered nothing and they sold these windows to me at what I now believe was a premium markup. While all of the staff was extremely courteous - from the sales person, to the installers, to the company president, the work performed was fair at best and was plagued with many mistakes. I would not recommend them.

Wow. Hard working and did not even stop when temperatures were brutal. If it was dry so that we were covered, they worked, nonstop. Hit a snag with a materials supplier but left everything in good shape, and finished that minor part of the job immediately when what we wanted was available. Throughout, the owner responded personally to our questions and concerns. Afterward, the company took their warranty and workmanship seriously. Crew lead for our job was extremely nice, and has shown up twice and helped us with issues that turned out to not even be the roof- once was siding damage, which he repaired, and a plumbing issue, diagnosed and located (now to find a plumber like these guys!). When we have called and reported concerns with leaks, the company immediately scheduled our fantastic crew lead to come out.
