Description of Work: They replaced a roof. I did have a minor issue but it was not responded to.

Description of Work: We called pinnacle energy and a very professional young man named Brian came out and went over the product and cost. They were our second quote we had and I fell in love with their windows, honesty and they were not pushy at all. There were no "catches" and I felt like they were honest and cared. We had 8 windows and a sliding glass door installed all of the installers were nice, and very professional hard workers. That night as the sun went down we noticed a couple air bubbles between the two pieces of glass. No fault of pinnacle or installation it just happened when the two glasses and gas were made. So I called them the next day just to mention it. It wasn't even anything I was upset about and they came out a week later after a new window was ordered and popped the old Payne out and a new one in in literally 60 seconds and they were on their way. Love this company and would highly recommended them to any and everyone.

Description of Work: We had siding replaced along with new vents placed, They told us that they would be there on Saturday to deliver supplies but did not come until Monday. Overall they did a great job, the job only took a day and a half. The only down side was that they left some siding that they did not use, after several calls did not come to pick it up, so we had to get rid of it ourselves.
