I was quite please with the only company that did respond, how fast and the great the customer service provided. The cost was so low it felt like it was free!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a reasonable solution. I was so satisfied with the initial work, that I have had them come out twice more for other issues. They have always been quick to respond to my requests and their technicians have always exhibited the utmost knowledge and professionalism. Again...I can't say enough about this company. Recently, I've had to work with a lot of contractors; and this one, far and away, has provided the best service.

They came out quickly when we first called them (on a weekend) and were able to identify the problem. Once Monday rolled around, we got the part and he came that day to install it, quickly, and we had hot water once again!!

Mr. Whitley was very helpful in selecting the product to replace my 25+ boiler. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a professional recommendation with a reasonable and thorough estimate. The service technicians doing the removal/installation were prompt and complete in their work. Questions I had were adequately answered and all work was done to my satisfaction. You won't be disappointed with their work.

A section of the sewer line connected to the county cleanout had to be replaced. Robert appeared to be very knowlegeable in answering all of my questions, as well as outlining the specifics of his proposal. The company was responsible for contacting Miss Utility do to the electrical markings; however, Miss Utility did not come out until the morning of the start of the job. As a result, the original plan of dredging up the yard had to be modified and more of the sidewalk had to be removed. I still had to pay for the equipment that the company ended up not using. I also incurred additional cost to repair the sidewalk.

I hired Robert's Plumbing to repair my home's main waterline. Robert was very responsive which is one thing I absolutely need to have in a service provider. Marvin, his second in command, was able to accommodate our busy schedule. The reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because I was not satisfied the condition of our yard after the work was done. I thought they were going to leave it just a little neater (landscaping was not included, but still). In terms of speed and price, they were great!

Haven't had the work done yet, but will be this week coming up. The professionalism that was shown during inspection and estimates were outstanding. I originally called and was thinking I need to change all pipes in my house, which after inspection, it only showed a few things I needed to change. I liked that because Roberts Plumbing, didn't quote me for things I didn't need, but helped me to see what should be fixed. I appreciated their honest and professionalism, not to mention their down home attitude.

Very good, Jeff was profesional during estimate (and being a verteran was a bonus). Robert and the crew were a plaeasure to work with even when the job turned out to be harder than originally estimated (water main was 10' down ond on angle- hard to get to). Kept all promises- would use again.

OWNER'S BEWARE!!! My experience was horrible, the owner of the company is inpersonable and unfair. He told me one thing when I interview him for pricing and then charge me something else after coming to service my unit, which did not need any service. They did absolutely nothing, except look at my unit to tell me how it runs and how to use it properly. The guy was there less then 10 minutes and I was charged $135.00, for absolutely nothing. The $135.00 was suppose to included the plumber draining the water from system. But, it wasn't necessary and they still charged me the same price.

Robert is a very nice guy. Their work was effient and waited no time for problems after installation.

A difficult job involving the removal of a 1940's cast iron oil-fired boiler, the installation of a new gas-fired boiler and a z-flex chimney liner, and the re-routing of a radiator pipe had me anxious about a one-day completion. Wasted worry! When the removal took longer than expected, Robert called 2 more of his men... With 4 trucks and 6 highly skilled, professional and quite capable workers who seemed to love their work, the entire job was neatly wrapped up 5:30. Robert did a lot of research during the bidding process; I was impressed with his candor and willingness to explore alternative options. A bonus: he had the best bid!
