Lots of challenges with my main sewer line replacement project but they were not the fault of Mr. Rooter. It was a 14-foot dig! They did a good job and the owner of the company was at the site daily until the project was completed.

The voice at the other end of the phone, Denise, was very cordial and understanding and kept me apprised of the estimated time of arrival of the technical specialist. The technical specialist, Jason, was punctual, very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and quite adept with his equipment. The job was completed quickly and much to my satisfaction.
