Rich B, my tech, was friendly and professional. He explained the process and did a great job replacing my water heater. The order was easy to place by phone, price quoted same as the final cost. What a delight to find Mr. Rooter! They installed a hot water heater right on the spot after coming to give me an estimate. I hired them immediately. You can always judge a project by what happens when you hit a snag. That's what happened -- a leak sprang up -- and they were back within the hour to fix it with a smile and with relief that they had done a super job. I'd hire them again for any plumbing need.
