Jomar (the technician) arrived promptly and was very courteous. he explained the process in clear terms. I expected the work to take long but he finished on time with no dirt or stains evident of a sump pump being replaced. He was super efficient and patient to answer all my questions. I will use Mr. rooter again.

The response was quick; contacted them at 8 am and the new water heater was installed and functioning by 4 pm. Price quoted on the phone was the price I paid. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.

Great Company. Courteous customer service. They were able to accommodate me the same day for a replacement. Price was fair based on the quotes I received. Explained the new heater I would be getting and its warranties. IF they're so great, then why the 3 Star rating. The UGLY: Technician that came pulled a fast one on my elderly parents. Gave them a "DEAL" to save them some money because replacing water heaters is expensive. Told them the copper pipes needed to be replaced... and needed a pan to avoid leaks and would throw in the connector pipe to main drain... for $150 CASH. All of this is part of the standard job... when I verified with the company. When I called them, it was a "he said, she said" situation and they couldn't do anything... but they'll keep their eye out. The good part is we have a new working water heater. Sucks to be swindled for $150 of hard-earned cash.

The technician came on time and assessed the problem quickly. He also was able to finish the work that same day.

The issue with drain was cleared up and the technician was prompt in providing the service. He even told me how to resolve if the issue happens again

While I was not completely satisfied, I would marginally recommend them. They were not able to complete the job I wanted due to mechanical issues that should have been identified at the time of the estimate.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and we could tell the service would be done properly. The only problem was they wouldn’t work with our home warranty, so we had to choose a different plumber.

This is combining the water heater replacement service (I went through HomeAdvisor first for this) and a subsequent emergency leak diagnosis. The water heater replacement service was very good. Some miscommunication about arrival time. On Friday I asked when I could schedule it and how long it would take, and they said from 8 to 10 a.m. on Monday. I was up at 8 a.m. and got worried at 8:30 with no one arriving. I called the company and they said 8-10 a.m. was only the estimated arrival time and the job would take 4-5 hours.... Ok. In reality, the plumber Robert (or Bobby) arrived closer to 11 a.m. To his credit (if I'm to believe him, which I do), he said he was woken up at 7:30 a.m. about my service since he thought he would start work at 10 a.m. Thankfully the job took no more than 3 hours, and he was very nice and considerate about not damaging my house. A few weeks later, I called Mr. Rooter for an emergency leak. They were the only company out of a few who said they could come the same day. Someone arrived, made a diagnosis, offered the price to fix it, and we agreed to make a deposit. We scheduled a followup repair a few days later, estimated arrival 8-10 a.m. again. Someone arrived at 8:30 but ended up doing another diagnosis... He came up with the same conclusion but then realized he was supposed to actually fix the problem since the company gave that info from the previous plumber rather late. We were both frustrated. He told his employer about it, said they'd follow up with me, and left. The company tried to reschedule the fix for the following day, which frustrated me more since I took the day off for this day. They scrambled to get another plumber to come the same day. He (Matt) came, though from quite a distance. No one's fault but it was kinda unfair to him. He looked at the previous plumbers' diagnoses, actually cut out some drywall to make a better diagnosis, and realized the previous plumbers were wrong. He saved us about $400 I think. He also took the time to do a few small fixes around my house after that. So, the actual plumbers are very nice, courteous, smart, and helpful. The company itself seems to have some miscommunication problems between them and the plumbers. Their prices are fair. They seem to have a good amount of plumbers to be more highly available than other small companies. I'd hire them again but wouldn't be surprised of some more miscommunication.

They were very quick to contact me, and they came out on a Sunday. They installed a new water heater on Monday.
