My kitchen sink was leaking so much when I turned it on that I could not use it at all. Nate and Chris came and quickly found the problem, which was a simple fix. I also had a bathroom sink clogged that they quickly fixed by plunging it. Two sinks fixed within about 10 minutes, and I paid $89 with a credit card right there, done, easy. Both men were very professional and polite. I would call them again.

mr. Rooters technician came and simple inspected my sump pump, and he gave us a ok everything looks ok. asked to have the payment for his short visit. we got the back up sump pumps alarm again after he left, do not know why our pump is working ,but we still feel Not secure enough from a sump pump expert yet. the inspection of our pump is done

Twice I was given the option of spending more money on the project and each time the serviceman said it wasn't necessary.What else needs to be said about a company whose work was courteous, professional, and on time.Highly recommend this company.

The gentleman, Mr. Robbie Whitley, was prompt, polite, considerate and extremely efficient. He made a recommendation for the project solution, and gave a scenario and a plan B in case the cheaper solution would not work and to add that price/time towards the final outcome, which is ultimately what happened and a better, long term solution. The technician Nate Hurley was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable of his profession and products. Worst plumber I have ever hired. Expensive repair for a leaking bathtub only made it worse. Also left a giant hole in my ceiling. Refused to fix it. Blamed it on the homeowner.
