The box looked fine but the water heater was damaged. John Peddicord refused to install it and put his name on the job. A new one was fetched and installed professionally. We appreciate John being on our side!

When I received the list of plumber in the area at 4pm, I really had not made up my mind to contact them but they contacted me and offered a free consult and then told me they could have some out in an hour - that blew me away - I was expecting a day or two. He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. It took about 15 minutes, he cleaned up and put everything back in it's original location. I didn't see any water any where. They are a little pricey but very professional and provided me with future maintenance info.

Know that when you call a plumber for a minor repair you will be charged a set fee for minor repairs. In this case for simply replacing a flapper for the toilet the bill was $278. In future I will try to do it myself or call a handyman.

Nate did a fantastic job.Just needed the drains cleaned. No broken pipes after all. Very professional and honest . I have been taken advantage of by other companies.It was a pleasure to have someone be honest and not charge me for things I didn t need to have done.. I would give Nate an A plus rating.

Great customer service. Worked with me to place the water heater in the desired location. Installed it quickly and correctly. No mess and they even recommended and installed a new a better water line to the refrigerator ice machine.

Initial repair was not done properly. Called back to have it fixed. Scheduled a time the next day. Get a call the next day saying they could not make it here for 2 more days. Talking to Franz the owner he says to me that is the best he can do. All the while, I am paying to have Serv Pro fans and dehumidifiers to dry the wetness from the leak. While talking to Franz he gets ignorant with me and tells me he is going to hang up on me and there is not a thing I can do about it. So you decide if this is a company you want to do work for you.

I had a leaking toilet the plumber came out the very next day. The plumber ran a little late, but called to let me know. The plumber didn't put on any foot cover to walk on my carpet and he didn't clean up the old part when he was done.

The installation of the water heater went well. I had to reach back out to the company to obtain a receipt[[poor. 2 weeks later, my hot water line is leaking. Not certain that it is a result of the installation. Called company, rep returned, promised to email an estimate for the repair, 2 days ago. Not satisfied.
