The technician cleared our drain and fixed the leak in under 2 hours. He was courteous, thorough, and cleaned up behind himself. We are very pleased with his service and plan to use Mr. Rooter in the future.

I hired this company as the previous company scheduled to install my garbage disposal were a no-show. I called this company at 4:30pm. James arrived an hour later. By 6pm, he completed the job. A plumber is pricey but the quality of the work is top notch. I'd be elated to hire this company again.

Rob was on time, work completed efficiently and neatly. Rob was friendly and courteous. He kept me informed and made me aware of what he was doing. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend he and Mr. Rooter.

James was great! Very thorough, cleaned up after every step. But dealing with the office was chaotic. They told him you worked till 8pm, so don't come in here till 11 am But when I called @ 8:30am to find out when he'd be arriving, they told me He'll be here soon. I requested that he call me. By 10:30 I called off back he running late (making it HIS fault) He finally arrived ~1pm and worked till 8pm - he was great but customers should be told the truth!

James was courteous, helpful, explained everything to me and was very efficient. Within 1/2 he had completed the job. From contacting Home Advisor online to the time James left was less than 2 hours. Awesome. I would highly recommend them

Rob and Vinton (Service Tech) came to my home and finish the install of the water heater within 1 hour. Then took away my old water heater and clean up afterwards. The price for a 40 gallon water heater was very reasonable....I recommend there service and the company.

Terrible company. They could not clear my drain, but still wanted me to pay close to 500 dollars. I called another company. Not only did they clear the drain. They charged a lot less. I would never use Mr. Rooter again!

We were told that they get their products from a plumbing warehouse and ours was clearly marked Home Depot????

Very prompt repairs. Diagnosed the problem with my water heater same day as its failure. Had a replacement installed for a reasonable price the next day. Would happily work with them again.

I would not recommend using Mr. Rooter plumbing. On September 2nd, they came out to my house to fix a backed up sewer line and charged $512, I learned subsequently that local plumbers can do the same job much cheaper. We were told at the time that there was a 30 day warranty. Same sewer line backed up again on October 6th, which was technically outside of the warranty period, but Mr. Rooter would not come back and fix the problem. In my opinion, it seems they did not do such a great job of fixing the problem in the fist place. In addition, the back-up was due to roots in the pipe. When I called on October 6th, I was told that even if the back-up happened within 30 days it would not have been covered because it was roots, which is NOT what we were told when we contracted for the original service. In September, the first tech that came over to our house was nice and courteous, but the second tech was rude and pushed my wife for additional services. Additionally, she reported that he reeked of cigarettes, stood too close, and made her feel very uncomfortable. In addition, as part of the original service, they put a camera down my sewer line and were supposed to send me the video of what it showed. After several requests, they still have never sent the video.

They responded quickly and were able to come out the same day. The work was done well and for a reasonable price. I really liked that they sent a photo of the technician before their arrival. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them.
