The plumber is nice. I was in a rush and forgot to compare estimates because I lost one previous estimate with lower fee. Oh well, my mistake.

They made it so easy with one phone call late os a Saturday and they came out Superbowl Sunday. No extra charge for weekends, which is convenient. James was super nice and professional. He explained everything very clearly, answered questions, and did a good job in efficient time. He cleaned everything behind him and even put my stuff back in the under sink cabinet for me! He offered to look at any other plumbing concerns for free. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced

I called and the company sent Ben and JAmes the next day to give an estimate. They were very courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everything works fine and I am very pleased with the work. -Toks

we have used other plumbing services and found this one very informed, efficient and service was very quick response.

When I explained the job to the person who handles the booking he gave a quote for the job of $280. I said that was a bit high so he immediately took the quote to $230. I then booked the company. When the tech arrived, looked at the job which was basically as I had described it, he gave a quote of $640. I believe I said that is absurd and told him what I had been quoted the previous day by his supervisor/booker. He then called that person and the quote then came down to 50% less or $320. Since he was here, I agreed on that price which I still think was too high. I believe there is some bait and switch going on with this company and for that reason would not use them again even though the work was good and my toilet now has no leaks.

James Caldwell, the Mr Rooter technician, arrived on time, was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job with my water heater repair. I would hire Mr Router again for any plumbing needs.

This company is a ripe off! They fixed one leak and caused another,however they would not take responsibility for their damages. Plus the service manager was rude and ignorant. We will never recommend or use this company again.

Mr.Rooter was one of the very few companies that answered my search on a Sunday. I needed the wax ring to a toilet replaced. Nate came and he couldn't have been nicer. He is a young man who just burned to succeed. Long story made short, we replaced all the wax rings in the house. It stopped an odor we've been smelling for a while. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.
