Great customer service. Fit us in the next day. Michael was efficient and explained things, replacing the leaking faucet and replacing the defective shutoff valve. Would recomend this service.

I think the cost to replace a garbage disposal ($400.00)was expensive, the tech was excellent.

The only reasons I wasnâ t giving a 5 for all the questions is because, while the gentleman they sent out was very nice and explained everything completely: He hooked up the faucet backwards. We never received a phone call back regarding additional information regarding additional work. And the dispatch woman, when I was confused was not as helpful as I would have liked and while she wasnâ t rude, she wasnâ t as nice I would have liked. Granted this last one is more subjective.

Very pleased with the outcome. He was on time, gave some helpful advice, and professional. It was an overall great job!

MR. ROOTER - HONEST COMPANY - Will Call Again for Future Needs. I had Michael & Son replace my water heater then the next day, I wasn't getting any hot water pressure in my kitchen. I called, they came out and told me I needed all my pipes replaced for @ $3,000.00 and would take a full day and would not be able to repair walls. So I went on Home Advisor and had MR. ROOTER come out, the guy that came tested the water pressure under my sink and said it was fine. He flushed the sink and laundry room and it was actually better than before!! Total Cost $200.00 and only took about an hour to diagnose and fix. THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST MR. ROOTER !!!!!!

I had a stopped up kitchen sink that was not only filled with standing water but continued to back up. They called me immediately and had a technician to my home in less than an hour, despite the fact that it was a Saturday and in the midst of the pandemic. The technician was courteous and professional and cleaned up nicely. Saved my day!

Dishonest on the fees and customer service is non-existent.

There was a room to negotiate the price if we find other competitive companies. Overall they are understanding.

Mr. Rooter staff came to do the estimate cost than their Manager Mr. Franz contacted me via text same day on Thursday and wanted me to get done next day since they have open space and will be ready for Friday inspection. After the water heater installation, I asked the Tech when you are going to schedule the inspection for water heater, and I was told our manager Mr. Franz is going in person to schedule for Monday. When I contacted Mr. Franz on Friday to get update on inspection. He informed me that we will communicate with you via email once we get permit from county. I contacted the county and able to get the permit number which I provided to Mr. Franz and requested him to please schedule the appointment for next week, but he did not get back to me. I personally scheduled the appointment for inspection but Mr. Franz never contacted me to provide any type of update. His behavior was totally changed after he got business from me. I would highly encourage to either go Home Depot or Lowe where they have professionalism and customer care does matter.

The company/technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the project and work. Left the area clean and replaced furniture. Would highly recommend them.

The service I received was excellent ,efficient and professional. The company sent a plumber(. whose name is "Don") that handled my issues of repair, removal, and installation of kitchen water pipes and faucet without giving me grief over how difficult the problem would be to resolve and its associated cost .I am so grateful for "HomeAdvisor" and to this company.
