Very impressed. Plumber showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent job.

I wish he had a better tool in cutting the drywall because it caused wall damage that cost more for the drywall to be fixed. He tried his hardest though and certainly went the extra mile to minimize the damage of the drywall. I wish he had been better equipped with better equipment for the drywall issue.

So far, so good, on time, clean and courteous. We talked about each of the many projects needing work. I was given several options which included cost saving options. We negotiated prices and set a schedule. This was just a visit for cost estimate. I was impressed enough that I contracted for the work.

Soldering work was not what I expected from a plumbing company. Had a couple of leaks requiring the technician to return. A little dissapointed in the work quality.

I was happy to see that Mr. Rooter hired two polite young techs, Mike and Nathan, and hope that they paid them well.

Mr Rooter sent Joe Nicholson... who came out, did an honest appraisal of our old gas water heater and then gave us a reasonable offer. We accepted and Mr Nicholson came back the next day ready to work with our new heater. He worked quickly and quietly. Once he finished... he cleaned up all materials, took the old tank away and explained the new water heater operation to us. We were VERY pleased with his work and professionalism! The water heater looks great and is working fine. Please pass our thanks to Mr Rooter and Joe Nicholson for such fast, great service.

Mr. Rooter responded quickly, provided a very reasonable quote over the phone, and honored the quote. Given the COVID situation, we were disappointed the technician kept incorrectly/not wearing his mask - very concerning. That aside, they were able to come out and quickly do a good job while keeping everything else clean - that was the first time. Unfortunately, shortly after their installation, the toilet leaked. Three times they bumped our appointments due to **emergencies** The last time was because they showed up too early and then refused to honor the appointment window, claimed they had more emergencies and technicians were no longer on shifts. Clearly there has been no interest or effort on their part to resolve the matter. The toilet is still not fixed and unfortunately, we are now pursuing legal action.

Responsive and cordial but EXPENSIVE

Mr. Rooter responded almost immediately and had a plumber at my house within two hours as promised. Vinton did a great job going over the work and the options, and he completed the work within an hour or so. I am extremely happy with Vinton and Mr. Rooter.

Excellent all-around experience. They responded to my project almost immediately and came to offer an estimate earlier than expected. Once here, Vinton could not have been more professional in explaining his work, etc. Took care of my project and was done when he said he would be finished.

The tech was early than scheduled which was great. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the unclogging of the drain with a minimum of mess. He cleaned up after. The only downside was we had to use a lot of our towels and the price was much higher than what was quoted by HomeAdvisor.

Installed a water tank. Their plumber quoted one price and charged my credit card a higher price. They refuse to refund. Poor business practices. Plumbing so far, so good.

Replacing my water heater in an older home was done quickly and well within my budget. They were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Timely arrival and assessment. After hearing the price for a faucet replacement I almost did it my self. PRICEY. All in all it was completed to satisfaction but definitely at a cost.
