The tech (Joe) did great work, and he was quick and clean. As far as prices, it seemed to be abt the same (no higher or lower) than everyone else. There was some leakage, so its still to see how everything holds up, but so far, very impressed.

The technician that came in (I forgot his name) was excellent. He explained the issue and gave me the cost up front. I had to do some checking but decided to use them. He returned the same day and got the work done. He cleared out the stuff from under my sink, made the repair without a mess and put everything back. Superior customer service.

Every time we call we receive an answering service and never get a callback. They are irresponsible. We were waiting and they have not shown up and have not answered. We gave them our email to get a receipt and they never sent it. He said he was working on it and we still do not get it. The guy that called gave us a special price for a new shower with rails.

Mike came and inspect my old heater. In the same day, I got a new one installed. I’m very happy with Mr.Rooster’s professional staff. Price is fair for 1500-something for installation and removal of 40 gal gas heater.

Vinton Moore did an excellent job. I had to go outside my warranty to replace the water heater because the warranty company couldn't explain the modifications that I would be paying for. Based on Vinton's estimate, the warranty company wasn't paying for anything! He did a great job and there were no hidden extras that I needed to pay for. The estimate was the price of the job completed!

Joe Nicholson did a great job for us. We had at least four companies come to check out our sump pump problem, but only Joe identified the true root cause. They had it fixed at a great price the next day.

When my technician, Mr. Vinton Moore arrived, he quickly assessed the leak issue and resolved it in almost no time. He was professional and explained exactly what the issue was and how he fixed in the event that I ever come across it again. The cost was well worth the level of effort and convenience. We ll definitely call them for future issues.

Rich was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the whole process. He also recommended a different fixture and the reasons why the fixture he installed was preferable. I highly recommend him.
