This was a very difficult review to write because the app does not really accommodate my experience. The company was available and offered free estimates which to my surprise not all companies provide. The technician diagnosed the issue and including going to get the part took less than 1 hour. That was the good part. There was an issue with the manner in which he replaced the shower knob after replacing the cartridge which made the shower unusable because I could only get COLD water. He obviously did not test his work. The company sent someone out the next day who was excellent. He diagnosed, fixed, and tested and had me test the repair. Due to the high cost of the repair, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the 1st tech. If I was paid what the company made for one hour of work (including travel to and return from supply store) I? would be rich. So, in my opinion, the company has some good techs but I was not impressed by the 1st one that came to my home. I will try someone else in the future.

Brandon came when promised, explained everything and repaired a drain pipe system under my house. He overcame many obstacles along the way. Great job, nice guy, polite and professional. Will hire them again in the future if needed.

The plumber arrived on time. He wore a mask. He repaired the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen. He made a suggestion for any future problems. He was polite and professional.

Contractor nickels and dimes for service visits and repairs. I would not recommend this contractor. The owner is dishonest.

They snaked my main sewage drain then used a camera to make sure it was clear. Great job just felt $500 is expensive to do so.
