Super High Charge They charged me 761 dollars for almost 3 hours of work and damaged a bathroom faucet. When I asked for a refund they gave me a $100.00 dollar discount for a faucet that retails for over 190 dollars. When I tried to reach the manager they put me on hold until I hung up and when I managed to get the manager on the phone, he hung up on me. They claimed they gave me a 150 dollar coupon discount, which would mean their normal cost to fix a faucet is around 300 dollars per hour.

First of all I appreciated that he was able to come out quickly and fixed my leaky toilet water valve. Very nice repairman and he did a good job., But I thought $330.00 was a little expensive for the job. The repairman said the cost was given to him on the order, so there was nothing he could do about price. I did call the the office and was told that the price was right! Any way, my water valve is fixed.

Arrogant and dishonest. Tried to convince me that I needed $12,000 of work, but the two people did not get their stories straight and told me two very different locations for the clog in my line that they CLAIMED proved that the line needed to be replaced!

Able to come out next day and got everything working.

They told me the problem was in the main pipe and recommended hydro-jetting for $850. Their people came and after a couple of hours of work said that their hose could get to the main pipe, so they used a snake. He said that their hydro-jet does not have a camera to see what is in the pipe. I paid $850 for running a snake!!! Their technician said that the person who talked to me on the phone should not have recommended hydro-jetting.

They were quick to respond. I needed 4 toilets, 3 shutoff valves and 2 flanges replaced. Came out quickly to give me an estimate, the estimate was right about what I had guesstimated. They fit my job in the next day. Great service and very professional. I will be using Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing jobs.
