Prompt to respond to my request and had a quote immediately after about 15 minutes and started work the following day. The installation of the vanity cabinet w/a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, toilet paper holder, and towel holder seemed professional and noteworthy. However, I noticed the drainage stopper lever did not work and a small leak a couple of days after he left. I had to call Mr. Rooter again, the person came. He had to take it apart again and put back properly. It works well now. I just wish it was done correctly the first time and not take the whole day to complete. It seemed to me, a 1/2 days work for the $1.2k price tag.

This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected.

I had this inconsistent leak in my bathroom that they came and inspected and charged me for. They came to my house three times and charged me twice. I called again because the leak came back and never really resolved and they were going to charge me 150 today. So I called someone else told them about everything and they found the problem immediately. Needles to say don?t use them.

it did take 2 men to remove and replace the water heater. not an easy job. I got a smart Rheeme with 12 year warranty and can set the temp on my cell phone and schedule when I want the water hot.
