Honest, straight shooters that were able to assess the issue and take care of the problem. Full explanations of process and potential next steps.

He came with a partial small can of cement, a trowel, and a gun. He did not remove all the old cement, so all the tiles do not lay flat. Had to go out and buy my own cement and grout so he could complete the job. I bought one replacement tile that he said was the wrong size. But if old cement is removed in the. Corner it was fine.

I did not like it when the plumber who came out told me he was not vaccinated. Also, I was told one price from the first plumber that came out, then twice as high from the next plumber that came back.

The price for our new water heater was just right, communication with the company was outstanding, and the work was done quickly and efficiently by courteous professionals.

We hired them because we had a very small leak in a pipe. They knew that the leak was before the shut-off valve and that the pipes were made of Polybutylene. The technician did not turn off the water and then started fiddling with the pipe. The pipe broke, and water gushed into our basement. They had no idea about how to turn off the water. They called 911, but the fire department couldnt help. Then they called the county, who were able to find the shut-off and turn it off. All this time, water was gushing out of the pipe. They replaced the pipe. The crew that replaced the pipe was very professional. But the technician should have never started working without knowing how to turn off the water. It took many hours for us to clean up all the water in the basement. Adding insult to injury, when I ask the company about it, they said that our insurance could pay for it, it could have been worse, these things happen, and then they tried to convince me that they should do more work on our house. I hired them rather than try to fix it myself because the pipe was obviously leaking before the shut-off (which I had shown the technician) and that the pipes were plastic.

They kept me informed of who was going to be the technician in charge of the job. He arrived within the time frame. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

I called too late on Sunday for their same day service, but they showed up the next day when they said they would. They were very thorough when checking out the problem and water heater was replaced the next day. Mold remediation was also required and Rainbow has been excellent in rectifying that situation.

They came very quickly and gave an estimate. Did the job but left a screw loose and it started leaking again. When called about it they quickly came again and fixed it. We had a second toilet fixed also and a discount for it was applied. We were satisfied.

They communicated very well, weâ re on time, cleaned up, and installed exactly as discussed. Highly recommend

Always communicated when to expect technician/crew including names and photos. Wayne and crew provided excellent service. We had a trench installed to move the sump pump discharge away from the house.
