We had a Sunday morning emergency with our sump pump. Despite many places claiming to offer same day emergency services, Mr Rooter was the only one who could come out. They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and had the whole project wrapped up in less than an hour. They also had excellent customer service— they kept us updated on the ETA of our plumber because one of the jobs was taking longer than expected. We felt confident we were in good hands from the moment we set up the appointment. The sump pump has been working perfectly for about two weeks now. Highly recommend Mr Rooter.

I would use Mr. Rooter again. They were on time. The technician wore coverings over his work boots to protect my floors. He assessed the problem, showed me where it was, how he was going to fix it and how long it would take. Every thing happened as he said.
