initial visit was a positive experience but the initial estimate of further drainage work was over-ridden by supervisor for 3-4x the price and much bigger job.

Good customer service and on time service repair

Tim was quick and easy to work with. Paid attention to what I wanted and Mr. Rooter gave us a competitive price! Our now water heater is easily more efficient than our old one and has a smaller footprint for the same size. Very happy we went to these guys.

The plumber was very nice and he explained what he?d be doing. He also cleaned up after himself before he left. My only complaint is the price. It was much higher than what your Angi estimate led us to believe we might pay.

Very bad! I will report it to every relevant agency in the USA!!! The categories of stars are not all directly related to the company?s misconduct; the following explained some of the issues: I hired this company and had the worst experience of my life! I have made formal complaints with the franchise, the HomeAdvisor, the BBB, and many more to come! The main issues included the following: 1. They appeared to be friendly when providing quotes but become very rude after the customer made payments! 2. They systematically lied about the facts and trick the customer into paying for unnecessary parts! 3. They save customer?s credit card information from the first time they charge you and repeatedly charge your credit card without your permission and even without letting you know! 4. When customer found out about the charges they made untrue statements as excuses for their unjustified charges which proven by the WSSC to be not true!!! 5. They block customer?s phone number and have only no-reply email to send invoices so customer can not contact the company when having issues!!! 6. Many more issues which were all documented and filled with the complaints to every agency!

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they’d do. I had a leak after installation and they came out on corrected that without a charge. They’re definitely my go-to plumber now that’s I’m a home owner.
