The tech that came out was excellent, and got right to work to fix the faucet. My only issue was the cost to do the work. HomeAdvisor suggested the cost to fix the faucet would be arounnd $190.00, but the cost was nearly twice that much. HomeAdvisor needs to do a better job of estimating costs.

You must know how much it costs to replace your size water heater before you start inviting quotes. The companies that first came to replace mine had quotes ranging from over $6,000 to over $3,000 for a 40-gallon unit, lying about additions that are required by new regulations for inspection. Mr. Rotor Rotor completed the job of replacing my 40-gallon unit with a 50-gallon unit, complete with an overflow canister and bottom tray - neither of which my old unit had, for less than $2,000.

The plumber was a forward thinker and his solution to the problems was outstanding. I don't remember his name but he is an excellent plumber. I will call on them for all future plumbing jobs and ask for him by name (which I will know by then). Jon May, Gaithersburg, MD

Mr. Rooter contacted me within minutes of submitting Angi request. Came out same day (on a Sunday even). Provided a reasonable estimate with good transparency about equipment being installed. I wanted a different model and they checked local store inventories and were able to pickup and install same day. It was a great experience!

The tech wh0 did the work.Mr.Vo was professional, pleasant and competent. My disappointment resulted from a $125.00 increase in the price discussed the previous day. Especially since my initial request to Angi made clear that the.service I needed included the task that supposedly caused the escalation of the price.

Great job overall, no complaints.
