After 5 days and 10 plumbers, they were the only company to come out and help me. James C. is an awesome employee who knows his stuff! He spent hours clearing my drains and came back the next day to finish the job. I have the highest regard for him and the company. They will be my NEW plumbers.

They were quick to respond to us and came out the next day (it was not an emergency). The plumber was very nice and completed our project in one morning. We didn’t price others but the price worked for us.

Axel was a true professional. On time, explained the work to be done and explained the defective and replacement parts. He made sure I understood how to operate equipment if needed. Also, Kim who responded to my emails, text messages, and phone calls gets a kudo from me!!

A Wonderful Experience: This was the first time I used Mr Rooter of Maryland. From the very beginning when I called a receptionist was very professional and accommodating. She was able to have a Technician come out the same day of my call to give a free estimate. The price was right and he installed two toilets and a kitchen faucet on that day. All of the work and the communications was professionally done. The technician took such good care of my home and left the area clean. I highly recommend Mr Rooter of Maryland.
