They did a great job, and are affordable! They offered a quote on the phone, and told us depending on how the toilet looks the price could change. Thankfully, it did not. Our technician, Phil, was professional and great at what he did. We would hire them again!

At first my experience was pretty good. Free inspection and able to install a new water heater the same day. Which was very impressive considering how long It would have taken for the other companies to do the inspection and how much the inspection would have cost. If we ended here it would have been a five-star review. But the same day, my new water heater was leaking at the top panel. And I was certain that the person who came to fix it was not as skilled and knowledgeable as the person who installed the water heater. That person was on the phone with someone as they were walking through the steps. They replaced the component behind the first panel to stop the leaking but they also cracked the plastic guard underneath the panel and just said oh it is no big deal. The panel is going to hold everything together" I had to call them again because I had water underneath my water heater where the basin was. the guy that came to fix the component on a top panel, did not replace the tube that lets out the condensation from the air condition back so that water was just dripping onto the basin so the water was sitting on the bottom of the water heater. Ridiculous. The service was quick, which I liked but the knowledge and the quality was not what I was expecting from a professional installer.

This pro worked on my plumbing and charge me $585 to fix the leak and I think they put in a new check valve. After completing his work on my plumbing, the drain relief valve had a gusher coming out of it. This was not occurring before he worked on my plumbing

Hot water heater went out on Easter Sunday and I had a new one installed same day. The plumber, Brandon, was extremely polite and professional as he jumped on the job and didn't stop until the job was completed.

They had a lot of problems come up, but they worked through Eben really well. They went to 4 stores trying to find the heater, and when they got it opened, it was damaged. They got their office to get a replacement, and they brought it out so they could finish the prostration for the install. Rich did a great job, especially with all the obstacles.

Rich Bush did a fantastic job replacing galvanized pipe runs in my basement, and redoing a mess of copper pipes running to the water heater, boiler, and into the house. His copper joints are works of art! He and his apprentice also removed some funky plumbing to my backyard and deck. Their pricing was very reasonable also.

"Mr. Rooter" contacted Catons' Plumbing . It was Catons that did the work. I have reached out to them before and they have done good work.

I had a plumbing crisis--sewage backup and Mr. Rooter helped me immediately and gave me great counsel too.

The service tech told me that he was going out to give me a new faucet. But, he did not get that. He just put a stopper in and it barely opens. He charged me over $400 for that. I really feel taken advantage of. I will never use your service again.
