They are timely and did a good job in a timely fashion. They were wonderful. Their price was also wonderful, I've used others in the area and they were about half the cost of the others. The quality is just as good if not better. The rugs were starting to mildew and I got them back clean, dry and without any mildew smell and it was in a week.

Save money if you drop your rugs off instead of having them oicked up for ceaning.

They did a far superior job than a previous carpet cleaner who charged far more. They were completely honest in saying they couldn't remove some odors, but suggested some ideas to try on my own which worked well.

They are a very old company. They charged $138 for the cleaning. The pad cost me $132. I like the fact that they had said the rug would be deodorized and it definitely was. Earlier, it had pet stains on it, but they completely deodorized it. I was really pleased that I didn?t have to shop around for pads; they had it right there. They did everything I had asked for and the colors didn?t run, either. They were very good. I have already recommended them to others.

This company has been around a long time. And it shows. They really know what they are doing. They know a lot about rugs and, if you want, they can tell you all about yours - material, age, origin. We had a very heavy hand-knotted 9 x 12 wool rug that needed to be cleaned. The rug also had a couple of areas where the cat had pretty much shredded it down to the backing. They examined the damage and then called with the estimate. They cleaned, deodorized and repaired this rug for $240. It took about 2 weeks. The other rug was $85 for cleaning only. This took one week. Each time we dropped the rug off ourselves - they give a 20% discount if you drop off and pickup. They are open in the morning on Saturdays which is very convenient. Please note - they do not accept credit cards.

I was very happy with the results I found when using their services. They give a discount if you bring the rugs in to be cleaned, and their prices are very reasonable. The men are professional and courteous and the rugs always look practically brand new when they are done. I highly recommend them.

We have used this company for carpet cleaning and repairs for many years. They do a superb job and charge a reasonable fee. They pick up, deliver, and lay the carpets, and do a good job moving the furniture around.

Dropped off the carpets and picked them up a week later.
