Very well. Both came back clean minus "doggy odors".

Excellent work, but disorganized service with no written estimates or receipts.

Oriental rug was badly stained in the middle after they cleaned it. They claimed it is from a pet. I have none. The rug is ruined. They did not call to inform me the rug now had a ruinous stain. they just showed up with the ruined rug and expected payment. Avoid this rug service at all costs.

They were cleaned very well. I delivered them and picked them up. They do have pick up and delivery.

Dropped rug off in early December and it was available for pick up one week later. Upon arrival they went to my vehicle and removed the rug and upon pick up they loaded it back into the car.

Everything went exactly as they estimated and quoted. We were very pleased.

Excellent services and pricing. Beware they only take cash or checks. No credit or debit cards.

Cleaned a persian rug...there was still a bit of dust in the rug later, but that is sort of the nature of rugs from Afghanistan, so it's hard to say whether that is their fault or not.

I delivered the rug to them. The rug was promised in 10 days and it was ready on time. Rug looks good.

All was excellent. The rugs were cleaned well and on schedule (1 week). The rugs were all handmade; 2 were oriental carpets. The cost was reasonable and as expected. Easy to do business with. I definitely would recommend this company.

The folks at Kleeneze were very helpful, took my rug out of the care without being asked, did a wonderful job cleaning it and when I went back to pick it up happily put it back in my car. I've used them before this and would certainly use them again. My rug looks like new!

Carpet was ready for pick up on date promised. It had been cleaned, deodorized and looked like new. The staff carried it out to my car trunk.

All went smoothly and perfectly, and as usual, it was a job well done. Been using them for years, and always satisfied.

It went very well. We have used Kleenize many times and they do a wonderful, personal job. They have repaired rugs, cleaned rugs, made new pads and moved furniture to get the rugs out and back in. Every time they have done an excellent job.

There was a misunderstanding at first as we wanted to have the tapestry cleaned also. This was not done, so we brought the tapestry back and were then told that they did not recommend the cleaning as the colors might run and the tapestry was fine as it was. It would have saved us some trouble if they had told this to us when we first brought the tapestry in, but we are grateful that they did what was in their best professional judgment.
