This work was done a year ago. The job was to install a new kitchen faucet that I provided. When he was done, he tried to charge an additional $40 fee (I think he called it a processing fee, but can not remember.) When I told him I would pay it because the work was already done, but that this sneaky fee would cause me to not use them again, he waived the fee. Also, once he left, I noticed the hot/cold water positions are reversed from what they should be. Instead of left/hot and right/cold, it is the opposite. Very annoying. In fairness, I never called them back to see if they would correct it. I just had a bad taste from the overall experience.

I called because the dishwasher had overflowed; however, when the service man ran the dishwasher, it did not overflow and worked fine. He did check it over and found everything functioning and properly set up. He offered some pointers as to what to do when someone runs the dishwasher and what to do if it does overflow again (push cancel on dishwasher and turn on disposal). So I could not really rate the work since the dishwasher did not malfunction and needed no work.

Kenny was efficient, up front and honest. I would certainly use them again.

A bill of $134 for a five minute fix to adjust a loose wire on a dryer is not my idea of value. After complaining about the initial charge of $184 for one hour labor ($94) and $90 for the visit, he reduced it to the amount paid.

Very helpful, and found the most economical way to fix the problem.

Kenny the owner was knowledgeable about his trade. My dryer would not dry clothes during winter since the dryer was located in the unheated garage and venting uninsulated. Kenny was able to quickly identify issue. I will recommend him to friends.

Mr Wilson was prompt with addressing the fact I had a home emergency. My washing machine was not performing - it would not spin to expel water. Mr Wilson explained what exactly was wrong with the machine - which is at least 20yrs old - and he was able to fix it in an hour. He is pleasant and polite, and it will call him in the future ! Thank you HomeAdvisor - you helped me find QUALITY again !!

Kenny did not follow my request to call when on the way. He also did not have the tool with him and had to return the next day.

He did come late for our initial meeting.
