I called Kenny at K and K and he was able to come out the same day to install a window air conditioner. This job was challenging because it was a 14,000 BTU unit not a normal slide in type. He did an excellent job on a day temperatures were at 95 degrees. I would definitely recommend this company.

Appointments were kept on time, and I was advised when there was a delay in getting the part needed.

Excellent quality, and otherwise very good, quick and efficient. Had some scheduling difficulties: scheduled the appointment for Thursday, and took off work to wait for them but they came on Friday, so I had to take more time. But aside from that everything was good.

These guys were great. I was having a problem with the commercial fridge in my garage, they were timely, clear in what the problem was, and reasonable in price. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend the business.

The repairman was able to fix an issue that I had caused. he came on short notice and quickly resolved the issue.

Came when he said he would and diagnosed a broken pump in our dishwasher. We ultimately decided to replace the dishwasher rather than have the pump replaced, but we were pleased with th service call.

Replaced defective water inlet valve. Unit was stuck in the open position and flooded the machine and floor.

Communicated the work he performed and gave me some useful ideas. Yes, I would use his services again.

We called them when our front load washer stopped working. Kenny answered I call promptly and scheduled a time convenient for us to check the machine. He tried a simple fix at first and also cleaned the water pump filter. A second visit was required to replace a part that failed, but we appreciate his trying to save us money but not just frivolously replacing parts. We will use them again and recommend their services to others.

I was a little skeptical at first from my phone calls with them, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work. Kenny went out of his way to build something to make the appliance work. Will definitely use again.
