Ken was very professional. I called because my refrigerator was no longer cold. It turns out that Ice had built up on the cooling elements and had also built up on the circulating fan and so the fan was frozen and not working. Ken diagnosed the problem, and got rid of the ice with a heat gun. And the refrigerator was working. No parts had to be replaced. I was pleased with the service and the job that was done. I thought it was a little costly - $234 for one hour job.

Kenny was very professional and gave me all the understanding of my a/c unit. I will be contacting him for any future services.

Kenny of K and K was very polite, professional and honest. My sump pump in my rental property decided to spit up water during a heavy rainfall. Kenny was honest about late call rates and noted it may be better for him to address the issue the next day. He saved me a good amount of money with that suggestion because the rain stopped and therefore the spitting up of water stopped. He was able to accommodate my tenants work schedule and find the problem with my sump pump AND fix it. I appreciate his candor and honestly and will keep his number in my database. Thanks Mr. Kenny.

K and K showed up to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator ice maker. They did a quick check and provided me with a fast estimate for the work. Their service fee was reasonable.

Kenny was very polite but, in my opinion, overpriced, $149 per hour and charged 25% markup on parts.

They came on time and took care of the installation of my oven, removal of the old, and the installation of my microwave. Everything has been working fine, and the price was affordable.
