Description of Work: They installed a roof over my existing roof. They did a great job. I only replied that I won't use their services again because, I will be in a senior home when the warranty runs out.

Description of Work: I needed a rubber membrane put on top of my existing flat roof. Ken was very quick to respond to my request and was very professional throughout the project. Great price. Horizon was able to come out immediately to replace the roof and did an outstanding job. I have not seen any roof leaks since their visit. Their labor and material warranties are also top notch. I would highly recommend Horizon Roofing for your roofing needs.

Description of Work: Installed a new flat roof on a home in a row home neighborhood. It had previously leaked during any type of rain. Afterwards several major wind and rain storms came through and so far it has not leaked a drop. Must say I have not been on the roof to look at it but the next door neighbors had theirs done also and so far so good.

Description of Work: Horizon responded and gave a very reasonable estimate. However, i got estimates and "opinions" from other providers and was informed that I did not NEED a porch roof;' that, in fact, the roof was very sound; that the rubber roof already there was a good job but incomplete; that my problem with leaking was not the roof but that there were wide gaps about my windows causing most of the problem and that the flashing should have been higher than it was. Since I am a female and indicated that I MIGHT need a tear off, that is the estimate I received. The other opinions were more on point as to what I really needed and not what I thought I needed and that was greatly appreciated. The party that did the job, the flashing repair and the caulking of the windows, was sufficiently impressed with the workmanship of the rubber roof (the original provider is no longer in the area), and has given me a 10 year guaranty on his work as well as the rubber roof already there.
