Very, very well.

The job was very involved.

They gave me choices about what furnace to install and three prices with the estimate. They completed the work in one day and told me a lot of things I needed to know about the furnace. They cleaned up all debris from the job. I can call them if I need more information when it I begin using the furnace.

I highly recommend Fitz Mechanical. They were very prompt in responding to my call and got the job done quickly. They were very professional and did a nice job. I also thought that their price was quite reasonable.

Fitz did a really nice job. They are very knowledgeable and worked hard to be creative when putting new duct work in my older home. They strived to get the job done to perfection. After they were finished, they cleaned up perfectly. This was definitely a wonderful experience for us.

Plumber very pleasant and steady working. Strapped upper sections of pipe before cutting the bad section. Cleaned up afterwards. A week before, I had Fitz Mechanical come out to repair a broken sink pipe and replace multiple washers, some in ancient equipment that had defeated my attempts. Price $178. At this visit, I obtained the estimate for the sewer line job and scheduled the return visit.

When we turned the unit on in June of 07, unit failed to cool. Technician analyzed problem and sent crew the next day to perform repairs. Two man crew spent 3 hrs. repairing leak, purging system, installing new coolant, re-insulating lines, all under Fitz warranty for parts and labor.

He came out and checked all the faucets. Whatever it was he did, it works now. He also stopped a leak in the kitchen that I have had for a long time. Very happy and satisfied with the work done. Prompt. I would definitely recommend them.

When I first called (around 3 p.m.) a gentleman told me he'd call back that afternoon. I did not hear from anyone so I called again the next morning. I could have gotten an appointment that day if I had been able to leave work, but they came out the next day instead. Chris worked very quickly and was very honest and professional. He called before coming out, and arrived around 9am. I really appreciated not having to wait.

Fitz Mechanical gave me an immediate response, was on time, and did a fantastic job. The technician even performed a little extra work not originally contracted for at no additional cost to me.

The cost of the job was within a reasonable amount from what I was quoted on the telephone. Chris was the plumbers name and he was on time, polite, clean, quiet, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed the job in a decent amount of time and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs. The only problem I had was when I called the Towson office and left a message-no one returned my call. Two days later I called the Essex office and got immediate results. I would call the Essex location again.

They came at 9:04 a.m. which was great! He was excellent, he was clean and he was prompt. I called them on a Tuesday and they were out the next day. His name was Chris. He was responsive, polite, clean, quiet. He was absolutely terrific. I cant say enough about him.

Chris and his associate were punctual, friendly, neat and professional. The price was very competitive!! I will call them again!

They give rather prompt service, and the workman are always courteous and knowledgeable. I think they charge by the hour for smaller jobs. They are reliable and Ive never had to call them back to fix anything.

I CALLED WHEN AC WENT OUT DURING VERY HOT WEATHER. THE NEXT DAY IT WAS INSTALLED. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SATISFY MY PROBLEMS. FOLLOW UP WAS DONE, NO PROBLEMS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALSO HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBOR. WE ARE BOTH VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ARE HONEST.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH FITZ' WORK. AS USUAL, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING CALLED AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY REPAIRED THE UNIT AND MADE SURE IT WAS WORKING BEFORE THEY LEFT. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES.
