Description of Work: I requested an estimate for re-siding my entire house. They came and looked at it and decided that they didn't want to deal with the sloppy A/C connections and cable wiring. I hired another top rated company, who did a beautiful job and corrected the connection/wiring issues.

Description of Work: They did work over a 9 month period in 2013-14. Besides replacing the entire roof, they repaired our chimneys, repaired rotten wood on the outside of the house, replaced gutters,resurfaced outdoor second floor porch, repaired ceilings damaged by water and painted entire third floor and stairway walls, reworked old third floor windows with new wood, and repaired front lights. We were completely satisfied in every respect. Even though the price was high we feel confident that we won't need to use their 5 year warranty.

Description of Work: I had obtained three estimates for roof replacement on my rowhome. The person who contacted me from Fick Bros was very prompt, professional, and courteous; however, their estimate was double the estimates from the other two roofing companies so I decided against using them.

Description of Work: I had asked the company to replace some slates on my roof. They came out and almost as soon as they got here one guy yelled out to my husband- "Hey , you need a new roof!" They also said that the shingle roof on our large dormer was in fair shape even though it was replaced 2 years ago. (By another company). They charged me $ 457.00 to replace only 2 slates. They said 1. they did not have enough slate with them (what are they in business for?) 2. Also too many slates might crumble during replacement. I understand that--- other roofing companies in the past were able to replace numerous slate without any problem. What they spent all of their time on was a "free" Inspection taking pictures and generally running around wasting time. When I got the bill for $457.00 - for only 2 slate replaced I wrote to them and said I was 'hosed'. ( I paid the bill anyway). They called me and said " no the inspection is not free" and the maintenance manager said he would have a meeting to see what could be done. I told him go ahead and have your meeting and let me know what you decide. Robert left me a message a few days later that they could come out and replace slates until we say stop, and see how it goes. I did not respond to that message.Yesterday morning they show up unannounced at 7:30 in the morning. My husband went out to see what the heck was going on. ( I had told them in my letter not to ever step foot on my property again.)They told him they were having a meeting here and were going to give us a great deal. My husband told them no one had said they were coming and to leave the property.

Description of Work: I had a few slates replaced that were missing when I purchased my home.

Description of Work: Repairs to current slate roof. Replace all old flashing and lead pipe vents. Replace metal roof and seven layers of old roofing material with rubber roofing overlay.

Description of Work: THE FICK BROS. ROOFING CO. REPLACED THE STANDING SEAM PORCH ROOL ON THE BACK OF MY HOUSE.

Description of Work: THEY PUT A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE.

Description of Work: COMPLETE TEAR OFF AND REROOF.
