Great, found out it was OK after all. Very honest people. Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! They jet streamed my whole system for a low price, which cleared the clog and the underlying problem. Plus, they gave a 3 month warranty, and honored it when another grease clog got stuck. So I had then fix the bigger underlying problem, which was poor slant with weird y joints underneath the house. Again, for a fraction of price other plumbers quoted me. High integrity, great work, really low prices. This is a plumber I trust completely and will use again and again. (Having them put in another toilet next, their quote was half that of my contractor) restores my faith in good old fashioned honest work.

I had used Drain Sights before for a camera inspection of my drains. When I had a sewage backup they promptly came out and fixed the issue. I will continue to use them for any sewage or drain issues.

They did a great job and after cleaning out the main sewer line, it was determined that it was blocked on the county side of the line. I contacted the county and the plumbers waited until they arrived to ensure the job was completed. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them again and thoroughly recommend them.

They came out the same day I called. Identified the problem, using a camera, and had my drains cleared by end of day.

This company is EXCELLENT! I had another company out here over 4 times in the last year because of an ongoing issue with a condominium backup into toilet and shower. The other company could not locate the problem, and these guys showed up and very quickly and easily found where the valve was located, and determined that it was the flap that had gone bad and replaced it. I wish I had found them sooner. He would have saved us a lot of money! I would highly recommend!!

Mike arrived around the time he said he would, worked on the issue until it was fixed, and did a follow-up examination of the line to determine the exact issue. Made recommendations to avoid the problem in the future.

Toilet was removed and camera snaked down drain. Claimed pipe was broken just outside house. After paying another plumber to come and replace line it was learned that pipe wasn't broken after all. Also, I'm not sure if the guys were licensed plumbers because they tried to replace toilet using the old wax ring before I stopped them. They then had to go to a plumbing supply store to get a new wax ring because they didn't have any on the truck. Also, the recorded video has never been able to be opened and viewed on my computer. Only positive is the guys were friendly. Total waste of $200.

Called, provider was here within the hour and took about 15 minutes to unclog the drain. Quick, easy, and will most likely be the first people I call for any other issues.

We had a real mess on our hands when the pipes going into the ejector pump disconnected at the valve connection. This has happened before and we thought it had been fixed by the last plumber, but clearly it had not. I called the number listed here on AL, which turns out to be Mike's cell phone. He was very friendly from the beginning. And lucky for us - due to the weather/snowmageddon - Mike had two cancellations today, so he was able to come right over. He made sure he had a spare ejector pump with him, just in case he was going to have to do a full replacement. He and Steve arrived promptly, were both friendly and courteous, and got to analyzing the issue right away. They were very considerate of our wood floors too - requesting towels or rugs to set their tools onto (this is so very appreciated and so unusual these days). Mike quickly identified the issue as being a broken valve (the valve that connects the pipe coming from the water source to the one coming out of the pump cover). They actually seemed more excited that this was going to be an easy, inexpensive fix than I was. LOL. They ran up to Home Depot to get the replacement part and quickly got it all back together. They showed us the issue and demonstrated the difference the fix made. Then they kindly checked a clogged shower drain in our upper level and deemed that issue to be a "hair monster." Hahaha! Mike cleaned that out and reattached the drain cover and was all done. He gave me some tips on how to keep our PVC pipes slippery and clean and then they were on their way. I love that Mike was flexible on payment type - he has the app on his phone for credit card payments if necessary. I was happy with the price, even though the replacement part wasn't very expensive - I was just happy to have such speedy, friendly, considerate service by extremely competent professionals. I'm thrilled to say that we have found our go-to guys for any future plumbing pipe and pump issues. :) Thanks so much, Mike & Steve!

Mike & Drain Sights were extremely responsive and reasonably priced over a holiday weekend. After trying everything to clear a stopped up kitchen sink drain, I called Drain Sights after reading their reviews on Angie's List and getting a very high estimate from another provider. I called late Saturday afternoon, the day after Christmas, and they were able to come out within 24 hrs. Quick easy fix and extremely professional. They also gave me a great estimate on a sump pump replacement, which I plan on doing in the next few months with them.

The service provided was excellent. The provider gave me a specific time they were going to show up and provided a courtesy call to let me know they would be 10 minutes late. This is infinitely better than getting a 4 hour window for the provider to show up. I showed the 2 gentleman where the sewage cleanout was and they hauled in their equipment. Within 5 minutes they had the snake in the drain and were showing me in real time the condition of my drain. They had a few recommendations on how to take care of my drain in the future and said no repairs were needed. Overall, the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than the 2 other plumbers I received quotes from. They were prompt, professional, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing their sewage lines checked.

Everything went fine. My sump pump is very old and I had never heard it come on. Drain Sights used a hose to simulate water coming into the pump and found it was working and pumping the water outside despite the age of the pump. I was reassured that the pump would work in case of any flooding. I t was worth the money to know the pump is working!

It went bad, he still has not gotten a hold of me and I called him just recently.

They came promptly the next morning. Tried to clear the blockage with a large power snake and cutter without success. Used an electronic locator to find the precise site of obstruction. Dug out and replaced the broken pipe. Cleaned up well. I would use them again.

Couldn't ask for better service. The technician performed the inspection but said that everything was so clear, he couldn't charge me for the visit. I really appreciated his honesty and his courtesy. Would definitely use these guys again!

Superbly--Provider made two visits in one day to ensure problem was solved successfully. Very polite, responsive and unbeatable value for the money.

Do ask for perice up front. They don't do "plumbing" work, such as replace shut off valves. Cleaning is so much more than having the drain cleared.

We did not have the work done. The technician came out and determined the service was not appropriate for what we needed. I thought he was professional and I was satisfied with his advice. I had no problem at all scheduling the deal and I was very happy with the company.
