Excellent. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a good quote over the phone. Even though the work extended beyond the original issue, Mike refused more payment. This earns my loyalty concerning any further work and I've already recommended his company to other people. James came out to do the work and he also was a pleasure to work with and persisted until the problem was corrected which was no small task. Good experience all around.

I was very pleased with their services! They were able to come out on the same day I called, and I was very grateful since I wasn't able to use my shower. They quickly determined the problem and were able to resolve it. Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

I called them up and they were at the house within two hours (no waiting days and days for an appointment). He pulled up with a well-stocked trailer and was able to scope the line and show me where the breaks were. His system has a wifi connection and an app which when downloaded shows you the view of the camera when it's in the pipe. You can also record video and snap pics (both within the app) of the innards of your sewer pipe if you so wish. His system has a tracer unit which detects the depth of your pipe so you know how deep the pipe is. That way, when another plumber comes to bid on your sewer pipe work, you know that your pipe is only X feet below the surface and not X+10, which will give you a better idea of the cost of material removal. The only thing I would suggest to Drain Sights is to upgrade to a slightly better camera. This camera seemed to be SD while another plumber's camera seemed to be HD and gave a much clearer view of any cracks. I would most definitely use them again, but I really hope I don't have to.

Team was right on time. They had to work through several issues but kept after it and got it drain fixed. Even cleaned up well afterward. Great job and I would definitely hire them again.

I had been struggling with the sump pump in my crawl space for months. I’d had three different pumps installed and none survived for very long. The guys arrived took a look at the situation and determined I needed a higher powered pump. It wasn’t cheap but well worth it! Haven’t had a problem in 6 months

Our sump was not running and we were getting water in the basement. We called them out to see if the sump pump drainage lines were clogged. Mike ran a camera though the drain lines and it was revealed to be clear. This saved us $4000 as proposed by another contractor who wanted to put new lines in. My only complaint is that they should have been more proactive in letting me know they were going to be late.

Excellent service. I needed a sump pump and water heater inspection and an estimate for a new drain tile. They arrived on time and clearly explained what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

Mike was able to come out to look at a pump I was concerned was failing. Turned out it was leaky toilet situation causing the issue. Mike educated me on how the pump worked and why it was cycling. Seemed like he didn't want to charge me anything since it was only about 15-20 min call but paid him a $50 house call fee. Very honest.

We have a particularly long route from our kitchen drain to our septic system, and this contributed to a grease build up. Whereas other plumbers might use a long metal snake to get at this, with less than perfect results, Drain Sights uses a much better water pressure spray system that is conducted from the roof. This worked like a charm, and we were fixed within an hour. Mike is very responsive - he came out the same day that I called - and is a pleasure to work with. I give Drain Sights my highest recommendation!

I called Drain Sights and talked to the owner about my situation. One of the main drain lines to the septic was clogged and I was unable to get the clean-out cap off to snake the clog. He asked me if I needed them to come that day or if they wanted them to come tomorrow. We had a functioning bathroom so I told him we could wait until the next day. After I explained the situation he gave me a quite of $250-300. They were able to come a little earlier than expected the next afternoon. They attempted to unscrew the clean-out cap but were initially unsuccessful. They next attempted to snake through the septic but there were too many turns. So they went back and successfully banged off the clean-out cap, unclogged the drain, and did a thorough clean out of the pipe. After testing that the toilets and sinks were draining well they replaced the clean-out with a new cap. They cleaned everything up before they left. I chatted with the owner for a while and he also gave me some advice on how to care for the drain in the future and recommended a product to use. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Mike did an excellent job. I had dug the drainage ditch but needed a plumber to run new lines from the back of my house out to the street. Mike did excellent work, and the charge was very reasonable. In fact, he came in below his initial estimate. I will hire him again when I need a plumber.

Because I dug the trench myself, Mike came in and did the work for a VERY reasonable price. He did excellent work and even connected one of our sump pumps to the new drainage system without any extra charge. In the end, he actually came in under his very reasonable quote. Now, seven months after the work, everything works great. Our water issue was completely resolved. I would highly recommend Drain Sights to friends and family.

Sink stopped up, clog was 75' in. They had it pressure washed and clear in 30 min. Dumped 10 gal greasy water in yard. Happy with service and much lower cost of having a plumber snake the line again. Had them come back to do another job (outside faucet) and pleased with that too.

Could not have been better. Mike was extremely communicative and prompt, responding to my initial inquiry very quickly and following up on status. He explained every task he performed, step by step (I was interested), explaining the usual unexpected issues (30 year old/untouched pump/drain). Arrived on time, double checked work, and charged a very reasonable price for a job well done - very professional!

The 2 men that came got back to me in an expeditious manner and even worked on a Sunday. They immediately came and fixed my problem. I had other plumbers try to rip me off for the same job by quoting 300 to 500 dollars. The men at Drain Sight could have easily charged a whole lot more and were honest. They were also very nice and patient. I was honestly quite impressed with their level of professionalism and honesty. They genuinely wanted to fix the problem and were not trying to just get over on me.

Mike and Tommy came out the same day (in the rain). Friendly and professional. The cleanout was rusted to the rest of the cast-iron kitchen drain, so they cut the drain to get the snake in, pulled out a large clog; repaired with a rubber pipe connector. Cleaned up the area afterward. They were here less than an hour. and it hasn't backed up or leaked since.

Mike and his helper did a good job. Ran a camera for no extra charge and cleaned up after.

I gave an A rating to Mike R at Drain Sights. I contacted Mike to treat a kitchen drain that gets "backed up" every year or two. Mike R performed hydro-jetting on the problem drain, and I am hopeful that this will keep the drain clear for a long period of time. Mike and his helper cleared the drain quickly and completely. I give this company a high recommendation for drain cleaning.

Very honest and did not want to do work that wasn't actually needed like other companies told me. Has called back with all of the rain to check to see if everything is still good. Very down to earth and explains things so I could understand. Would definitely call them again.

They quickly cleared it using a jetting system. They also tightened one of the sink strainers that was leaking at no extra cost.

As things happen we were 15 days into a new home and a drain clogs that handles the a\c condensate run off. So I'm at work and it's Saturday (of course) and my wife lets me know we have wet carpet in the finished basement. I research on Angie's List and find Mike's company Drain Sight. I called and Mike was very upfront with me on a time line. He was helping someone and would be there in the afternoon. He showed up fixed the issue in 10 minutes was very professional and the price was incredibly reasonable for a late Saturday afternoon call. I won't call anyone else for this type of service. Great all around.

On Sunday I had a sewage backup and decided to try someone new. After looking at Angie's List, I decided to give Drain Sights LLC a call. The estimate provided on the phone was comparable to what other plumbers have charged for emergency clean out service. Two plumbers showed up in approximately one hour. They snaked out my main drain/sewer line and cut loose a sizable root ball. After they performed the clean out, they went a step further and ran a camera through the lines, showing me exactly where the problem was and advised me on what I could expect moving forward. They also made recommendations for keeping the tree roots at bay. I have very old sewer lines connecting our house to the county sewage system. I also have two 100+ year-old silver maples on my property. It's a bad combination that results in sewer clean out every year or two. Over the years I have had many different plumbers come out and clear our drain/sewage lines. The guys at Drain Sights are the ONLY ONES to have given me recommendations for handling the tree roots as well as running a camera through the lines and showing me where the problem spotrs were, WITHOUT EXTRA CHANGES! If I should need a sewer clean out done again, or I should say "when," I would call Drain Sights again without hesitation. The overall experience from initial phone call to final bill was a great experience.
