Description of Work: Vendor used a special video camera to inspect the condition of the entire length of my homes main sewer line. They did an excellent job and enabled me to actually view the internal condition of the pipe. The Angie's list deal I purchased provided this vendor/service at a much lower cost than other vendors I had contacted.

Description of Work: As per promo offer via Angie's List, they examined the sewer line running from the house to the street, also cleaned interior drains.

Description of Work: Examined pipes to the street with a miniature video camera. No conditions requiring repair.

Description of Work: The initial camera survey showed drain was clogged with roots. A second apt with a drain auger was scheduled and cleared most but not all clogs. Referred to City of Baltimore for follow-up re inter-face with City sewer.

Description of Work: They were responsive in calling to schedule an appointment. However, on the day of the appointment they called to say they would have to reschedule because the camera had broke on the previous job. We sat a date and they called again to say the camera had broke. They said they were going to order new cameras and would call to set up another appointment. To date, I have not heard from them.

Description of Work: Mike did very good job to install washer-hookup in the basement. He is very polite, and he surely knows a lot of information about plumbing thing when I asked him some question when he completed the work.
