They did a very good job. The windows in the front of the house are mullioned inside and out, and they were meticulous in cleaning them. They also did a good job of cleaning off some crud that I thought was permanently attached to my window screens. They did not damage the painted house number on the transom over the front door. At approximately $10-11 per window (my windows weren't that dirty, but they are tall and, as I said, half are mullioned), I thought it was quite a decent price. I had no idea how dirty my windows were until I saw the difference after they were cleaned. My house is so much brighter now, and I will definitely call Clearview next time.

I wasn’t very happy with their services. The first thing was that there were two guys and the owner of this service who was inside for a lot of the time smelled so strongly of stale cigarettes that though it was the winter time, I had to air out my entire house after he left; I have a little baby and I didn’t want to be exposed to all that. It was very unpleasant and it was very overpowering. The other thing was that I was not so happy about the estimate versus the actual cost, because when I talked to them on the phone and told them that I had a lot of very large windows, they said it would be $10-$11 per window, but then when he got here he said he had to charge double for some of the windows because they were large even though I had already told them over the phone that I had very large windows. This didn’t seem right to me. He didn’t say anything about the extra charge for a large window; he had never physically brought it out. Another thing was that he wanted to charge extra for high windows, which I thought was also inappropriate and he hadn’t mentioned any extra charge for that either over the phone. I have actually had our windows cleaned several times by using a couple of different companies each time, and he wanted to charge us way more than any other service that I had ever used to clean the windows. In terms of getting back to me and responding quickly, he was good and he arrived on time. The work they did was fine and was on par with the other services that I have had. I wouldn’t call them back in the future.

Although they arrived late, they called to apologize and estimated their new time of arrival one hour later. They meticulously washed windows, covered furniture, and used caution and care as they worked. They stayed for 3 1/2 hours. They were extremely polite and business-like. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My windows have never looked so good - John, Marvin, and Little John arrived and got right to work - Marvin is fearless - There's no way I'd be hanging out of the fourth floor windows to wash the outsides, but that's why the windows looked they way they did when they arrived. The whole process was remarkably painless from my standpoint - they were there for less than 2 hours, left everything inside exactly how it was when they got there, and left me being able to see outside again when they left. Definitely worth doing, and I'd call them again.

Results could not have been better. Cleaned items were exceptionally clean and the workers were polite and friendly.

Our house is 3 stories high and has 72 windowns and glass doors. We have not had the windows cleaned professionally in at least 10 years. John and his crew arrived on time, they were very well organized, and worked straight through for 5 hours. Some of the windows had paint on them from the last time we had the exterior painted. When they were done, every window was crystal clear. We were extremely pleased with the result. John's estimate was by the window, and that was how he charged us even though the job took longer than expected.

John and his team were great. They were very professional, but also very friendly and personable. They did an excellent job on the windows and John even did a little vacuuming when he found some debris hiding under a piece of furniture that he had to move. They arrived on time and went straight to work. They were friendly but professional. They left no mess behind. I highly recommend their work.

We called John and he responded right away. We have 32 windows in the house that had not been cleaned in the 3 years since the house was built. Within the week, John and his assistant came over on the date and time specified. They were very polite throughout the process, checked in with us to be sure we were happy with the progress as they moved along, and put things back the way they were once they were finished and they totally cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Other than for totally sparkling windows, you couldn't tell that they had been there. We would absolutely use Clearview Window Cleaning Services again!!

As always, John and his assistant arrived punctually, cleared furniture from in front of windows, and made the windows look like new. A great service.

John responded to an initial email that I sent him to set up an appointment. Our windows had never been professionally cleaned, so there was quite a lot of work to do. Marvin and John were very pleasant and did a great job. I also hired them to clean off our gutters, which we couldn't reach. We live in a wooded area and have lots of pine needles blowing around and clogging our gutters which were fitted with gutter guards. Marvin was able to sweep off all the debris and needles on the gutters. John also cleaned our large bathroom mirror as well as a light outside our front door. I would hire this company again.

Mr. Waters was very responsive to calls and upfront about the cost to clean my multiple section windows, with storm windows. A family member who was home at the time of the cleaning who found the team to be professional. The difference was stunning and well worth the investment. I have paid almost as much for just a basic cleaning - Clearview goes way above and beyond.

They make having clean glass a matter of just picking up the phone. Our three man team was efficient, quality-oriented and fast. Also very pleasant to deal with and concerned with customer satisfaction.

The workers cleaned up after completing the job, were courteous, prompt and completed the job as requested. The owner, Mr. John Waters, inspected all the work afterwards to assure it was done properly. He takes pride in his work and his workers reflect his high standards of performance.

John was friendly and professional from the start. He promptly returned my call requesting an estimate and scheduled us for service right away. He and his assistant worked h****** a very humid day to make all of our windows sparkling - and they do it the old fasioned way with soap, water, and elbow greese. They were even able to remove an old sticker and deck stain splatter left by the previous owners that we have never been able to get off and knocked down and sprayed a few wasp nets for us. We were very pleased with the job.

Very nice and efficient and careful and skilled. They changed their schedule at the last minute without concern when a conflict came up for me. They cleaned the window sills in addition to the windows. They carefully moved everything out of the way and put it back. They pointed out some issues with the condition of the windows and skylights, which was very helpful.

Scheduled the work a week ahead of time. Was given a quote of $10 per window to do the above work. On the day of the service, about an hour before the appointment time, I was called by John because the weather was looking iffy. We discussed it and looked at the weather. He decided to come out. It rained very little and he and Ron were able to get the work done. They were very efficient and professional. They paid good attention to detail and were very careful with our house and property. I appreciated the care they took with our house and especially the communication with us day of service.

It went exceptionally well. The guys were on time, thorough, and knowledgeable. They did a good job, and I would use them again!

My experience could not have been more positive. John Waters and a co-worker came to the house at the promised time, and put in a long, full day cleaning our windows. The windows have not looked this clean since they were new almost 25 years ago! The two men were polite, and neat, and a pleasure to have in my home. I could not have been happier, and I recommend them without reservation. And, as a P.S., John is an extremely gifted pianist, and at the end of the day treated me to a short concert on my piano, which he was eyeing all day!

They were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. They did a great job on cleaning the windows. I have complaints about them.

My sliding glass door looks the best it has since it was installed.

The team of three did an excellent job.They asked us to supply towels to place under their buckets which was ok. They wore slippers over their shoes to avoid marking carpets and floors.

I called John and got an estimate of $10-$12 a window, possibly $2 extra per window if they required scouring. He was available the next day and said he would come in the morning. He called at 9:30 a.m. to let me know he was running a little late and said they would be there by 10:30 a.m. They arrived at 10:40 a.m. They asked if they could use newspaper or an old towel to place their buckets down. They actually removed the windows from the casing and were able to clean the inside and outside from in my home. John and his associate Ron were friendly and thorough. They ran into some problems with our old windows but kept me updated about the issues. The windows look much brighter and were cleaned well.

They arrived a bit late but called to let me know. I didn't consider this a problem. They did ask me for a towel when they arrived which surprised me a little. The work went smoothly from start to finish. They were very good in managing to remove three storm windows which my husband and I had previously not been able to remove. The job ran a little over estimate but I had failed to mention the 9 storm windows. I was very happy with the job.

This company knows what they are doing, I would recommend as they had the supplies needed to clean windows in our home. The worked carefully and had a great attention to detail. I contacted John who got me on his scheduled showed up on time and did what he said he would do.
