Quick response. Was completed within 2 weeks of contact and I was out of of town one of the weeks. Windows screens so clean you can hardly tell they’re there.

This company did not do my project.

I contacted Clearview Window Cleaning Services several weeks ago to get an estimate on window cleaning for a retail store. It took several attempts to get a hold of John. He was friendly and was receptive to coming out to the location to give an accurate estimate for cleaning services. He told me he'd get there later that day. I waited around for him and didn't even get a call saying he wasn't coming. I called back that following Monday and again made several attempts before I spoke to him again. I finally got a return call from John regarding him coming out to give an estimate. He was supposed to come see me that day or "later on in the week". Again no call, no show. I decided to give this one more shot. I got in contact with him again and he promised to come out and give me an estimate that day or "later on in the week". He didn't come out that day but he did finally come, without a courtesy call to let me know he was enroute. I wasn't in when he came in and he didn't actually leave an estimate, just his business card and a message saying he'd like to speak with me. I called John back hoping to finally get the estimate from him since he's at least viewed the store at this point. He has as of yet returned my call.

They did an excellent job! Clearview washed all windows, storm and screen doors. They also cleaned two large wall-sized mirrors. They left no evidence of their work behind, as previous window cleaners have. The owner takes great pride in his work, and checks for slip-ups. I enthusiastically recommend them.

It went well. The three men arrived close to on time and went right to work, one working outside - all windows required use of ladders - and two inside. One set of windows involved clearing away many plants and shelves, others clearing away small stuff on sills and shelves. John, while waiting for stuff to be cleared, cleaned windows in interior doors. Shelves were put back; I chose to replace the plants and stuff on them. The job took about three hours of non-stop work. I was a bit surprised about the final cost. On the phone, John said $16 per window. What he didn't say was that was for ordinary double hung windows with clear glass. Many of my windows are very tall and wide, some with mutton bars. Those cost more than $16. I don't resent the cost - my windows were challenges; I just wish John had been more specific in telling me his pricing.

He completed the job and our windows look really good. He also cleaned all the screens and secured them back. All tracks and window seals were also cleaned. He also took apart the sliding door that had internal blinders to ensure that all sides were cleaned. Very detailed oriented.

The contractor quoted one price for window cleaning and then over charged for the service upon completion of work. The men didn't clean the windows as well as expected.

Windows look great! (better than they had since we moved in) They brought a crew of several people so the job didn't take too long. There was some dirty water splashed around a bit near several of windows, so we did have to do some very minor cleaning afterwards, but nothing serious.

We have lived in our home for 16 years. When the Clearview crew left, our windows were the cleanest they have been in that entire time. We've never had a more clear view thank to the crew of Clearview. They were prompt, professional and precise in their work. We will definitely hire them again.

We hired Clearview to clean the windows (interior and exterior) at our house, which had some tough stains that I was not able to remove myself, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Mr Waters and his team were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job on the windows, which gives the whole house a real face lift. He also cleaned the glass in the china closets, mirrors, some pictures, and an enclosed book shelf at no additional charge. I would happily recommend Clearview to other people whose windows need a good scrubbing, and would definitely hire them again.

He gave me a verbal quote on the phone but the actual cost of doing my project was approximately double of what I had expected. I was not aware that Pella windows were more and that each slider counted as two windows. In hindsight, I wish I had John walk through the house and give me an actual quote before he started. The windows are super clean, so he did good work, but I was unhappy with the cost.

I messaged Clearview Window Cleaning Services on 10/21/2016 about getting a set of store front windows cleaned. I have yet to hear anything back from them as of 10/29/2016. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond at all to a customer.

WOW! These guys are unbelievable! Such a great job we decided to have them come back this week to do our 2nd floor and apartment above the garage. We'll also have them do my mom's house. The job was incredible. We live in the woods and had never had our windows cleaned professionally; and had not cleaned them at all in a couple of years. The amount of dust and dirt, spiderwebs, was significant. We have lots of BIG windows, at least 12 palladium windows, about 35 screens, and 13 large dusty blinds, AND a skylight. We also have 8 doors with windows, some full windows, some with small panes. They cleaned the blinds by hand. I've never had my windows cleaned professionally. now i will always have them done professionally. There is just no comparison. The 3 guys were wonderful; polite; on time, professional, and very meticulous in their work. For example, as they were leaving, they saw a spot on one of the windows and unpacked their truck to redo the window. We have a six foot stand up mirror in our bathroom and thought my wife might like it cleaned, and just did it.

The service provider was friendly and professional, I believe they came out and performed the work on Memorial Day so I was pleased to not have to take a day off of work. The window cleaning was phenomenal - my windows were in terrible condition and I know it took a long time and effort to get them clean. Once finished the windows were sparkling, streak free, and the tracks and sills were gleaming white. I was incredibly impressed with the window cleaning service. The pressure washing was good, although I was less impressed with those results (maybe just because it was less dramatic than my windows). I will definitely look to this service provider again for window cleaning, potentially will look to them again for pressure washing services as well in conjunction with the window cleaning.

John and his team were great. Very easy to schedule, they showed up on time, very polite and friendly. Did a great job on all my windows. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Exceptional quality and service.

John and his crew did an excellent job. I always consider it a bonus when the person "in charge" shows up to do the work. The three guys knew what they were doing, did it efficiently, and did it well. I really think that getting the windows professionally cleaned like this is something everyone should do once a year. The price was fair, and consistent with other estimates I received, I just think it's an expensive thing to do. I will definitely use them again.
