He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He did it in the time frame I needed it done. I would use him again.

They were very good. Prompt clean up after them selves. On time had reasonable price. Would recommend to every one else, and would use them again at any time.

They followed up on my calls and email and provided an estimate based on the number of windows. They arrived when they said they would be here. They needed a couple of towels as they had none on their truck (which surprised me.) They cleaned the gutter and placed the debris in a garbage bag. They missed a window but quickly took care of it once I saw it. They were not as diligent about picking up all the debris from the sills that landed on the roof and on the floors in front of the windows. Overall excellent and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They came when promised. Did the work as promised. And cleaned up afterwords.

John Waters and his associate arrived a little later than they had told me (but he did call 2x to keep me posted). Once they arrived they were very professional and Mr. Waters is a most pleasant person! They worked quickly and I was very pleased with the finished work. I would certainly hire Clearview again and also would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

John and his associate of 14 years tag teamed the job, arriving promptly in the morning and working diligently until the job was complete. I should mention this job was super challenging as my home is cantilevered over a steep hill in the woods, and many of the windows had not been cleaned on the outside for the 8 years I've owned the house. These men went the extra distance by not only impeccably cleaning the windows (they use a special copper wool that takes caked on grime off), but they also scraped stray paint and even cleaned the bathroom glass shower door! It was like being in a different house when they were done.

Mr. Waters arrived late. He immediately told me that he was a "professional" and did "professional work". Five minutes into the job, he asked to use my bathroom. Ten minutes later he interrupted me again to ask if I had any small bottles of water. Even though, he said he would clean each window thoroughly, including the sills, all he did was squeegee the glass. After he left, I checked his work and many panes were streaked. The frames and the sills had not been cleaned. I called him and asked him to come back which he did. As an example, I showed him the windows on the first floor that were particularly dirty. He swiped at a cob web with a dirty rag asking me if there was anything else he could do for me. When I reminded him that he said he cleans window sills, he said he really did not mean that. He only wipes up "spillage". All and all it was a disappointing experience.

For the most part the windows looked a lot cleaner afterward, but I still had to go around and touch up a few smudges here and there. One big (quarter size) splat of dirty water left a mark on an Ethan Allen side table I have - as I noticed it pretty soon after they left and wiped it up, it faded for the most part. If I had not caught I think it would have left a permanent mark, but John was very friendly and seemed to like and take pride in his work.

John called to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, he got right to work. He took all the storms and screens out of their frames where he could and washed each pane of glass by hand. They worked very efficiently and did a wonderful job. John said he was a perfectionist and I believe it. His work was outstanding. My windows have never been so clean!

This is a condo building. We are on the third and fourth floors. In three years the windows have only been cleaned one time. They are accessible by ladder, so the condo contract only covers one window. Clearview did a perfect job, on time, polite and they let my two year old grandson "help" with his squeegee. I did find a dropped razor blade on the terrace which could have been tragic, but wasn't. I'm certain they will look more carefully next time.

John and Marvin did an excellent job, fast and professional. They answered all my questions, and pointed out that they could also do just the outside of the windows, for example, or just the windows on one floor. They handled the glass behind bars on our lower level and behind the security storm doors very well. They were tidy and did not drip water in the house. They work with great spirit and have been a team for many years.

It went very well; but not excellent. They arrived on-time and kept their equipment out of the way when it wasn't in use. John Waters (- great Baltimore name - owner/crew leader) was professional and courteous. There was no plant damage or exterior problems. The gutter cleaner bagged all leaves & prevented what could have been a real mess. They were great with the dog. Some of the windows were so dirty that it would have been a miracle to get them spotless. A few minor issues: 1) The crew wasn't as methodical as it could have been; some better communication and they wouldn't have missed a room and its windows (inside). 2) This meant they had to double back at the last moment and hurry to clean them -- in the process mud tracked in. 3) A number of drip lines on walls and drip spots on floors under skylights had to be cleaned up after they left. In all, this was probably a bigger job with dirtier windows than expected. I may have them back next time despite the minor issues.

He is a great guy, does quality work and he is very customer service oriented.

It was a totally satisfying experience. They called to tell us of a short delay, got here when they promised, and did an amazing job of cleaning the windows. The challenging part were the old Anderson sliding wood windows with removable storm panels which are heavy to handle and difficult to install correctly. John (Waters) and his partner did a fine job and were through in about 4 hours.

We very happy with this company. Not only did they wash the windows all the way around our house by hand but they also scraped and repainted some of the storm windows. They were very efficient in their work.

Mr. Waters said he did not need to see the house to estimate at $10-$12 a window that included cleaning screens and sills. I had to reschedule once and he was accommodating. Arrived on time with an assistant & began work immediately. He worked inside, assistant outside with ladder. Problems began. Propped up dirty storm windows against handmade crewel wall-hanging! Needed me to get him some "old towels." Used the same dirty rag for all windows, assuring me the cleaning was in the squeegee technique. Wiped the screens and sills down (I wouldn't call it cleaning) with same rag. I found used paper towels & steel wool pads on DR table, LR floor and in the garden. Plopped a bucket of cleaning water with squeegees on my LR Persian carpet with no protection underneath it. Broke the plastic handles on a window because he forgot to unlock it. Crushed several Iris plants outside. He was here 2.5 hours & I had to be on-hand the whole time, but all my windows were finally clean at one time.

I left a voice mail message for the company which was returned within a couple hours. An appointment was arranged. Mr. Waters and his assistant arrived when scheduled. Mr. Waters was polite, courteous and friendly. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. The windows are very clean.

My phone call was returned promptly and a price per window was quoted over the phone. They were a little late arriving, but called to verify directions and to say they were on their way. All windows were done beautifully. Sills were cleaned and screens stacked for storage. Courteous and friendly workers. I would hire again!

Mr. Waters returned my call promptly and explained his service, including the range of pricing per window. We set a date. He called and confirmed the morning of the visit. He and his assistant arrived about a half hour later than expected, but that wasn't a problem. They did a thorough review of the windows in the house before beginning, and removed all screens for cleaning before they began. At least one of the windows was old and the storm window not correctly installed; they persisted trying to fix the window so they could clean as promised! The final product was great and I was very happy with the work done. It took about 4-5 hours, but they worked straight through without a break. John clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire Clearview again!

The windows were generally cleaned well, but I expected a more thorough cleaning of the interior frames in the living room and dining room. All the windows and skylights in the sun room were well done, both inside and outside. I would hire them again, but ask more questions first.

Mr. Waters returned my phone call the same day. He and his co-worker came promptly at the scheduled time. He did an excellent job on all my windows. They were very neat and careful not spill dirty water on the carpets or track dirt in from outside. I recommended the company to my mother. She was very satisfied with their work, too.

Mr. Waters and his assistant arrived a little late; that was OK because I had no other plans. They got right to work and finished in about two hours. My windows are sparkling! He even removed the residues left on our patio doorscreen by the deck cleaner (I'd been trying unsuccessfully for 4 months). I'll be calling him every year for my windows!

I was pretty happy. I actually left someone else at the house while they worked but when I got home I found the transformation on the windows really remarkable. They were crystal clear. When I looked outside it was like there was no window. They cleaned the sills very well too; it's always nice to get the dirt out from them. As for their price, I haven't used a window cleaning company before so I really can't say how they compare. All in all very satisfied and I'll have them back again when the time comes.

The crew was very pleasant and did a wonderful job.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work. Our windows had not been cleaned in a while and they basically had to wash some of them twice. We will certainly use them again in the future.
