Description of Work: We wanted an Awning installed on our deck and were recommended to use Carroll Awning Co. A Sales rep came promptly to our home with samples and the actual mechanism for our information and inspection. The Awning was installed in a timely manner. All if our requirements were addresssed by a professional and knowledgeable staff. It is beautiful and high quality. And we love how it seems to add another room to our home. We highly recommend this company and give it a full 5 stars!

Description of Work: I purchased 2 awnings for my home patio from Carroll Awning in 2007 and was pleased with the product and service. I needed to have the awnings removed and replaced because I am having the siding replaced. I called them and they quoted $1,680 to provide the service. There are two bolts that hold each awning in place. I don't mind paying for service but I detest trying to be ripped off, especially when I was a customer. I can do it myself with the help of my two sons.

Description of Work: They installed a new electric awning for back deck in Sept. 2013. When motor wasn't working in Summer 2014, owner Tim Carroll came an supervised resetting motor, and now all works fine. He was very attentive and very kind and the workmen did whatever it took to make things work, even though they did not install the motor. Very satisfied and appreciative

Description of Work: Bought new awning for deck. Salesman didn't know technical info about existing motor, but mattered if would retract or needed new one. Installers very professional and nice, but still waiting for follow up check on non-functioning motor. Awning price higher than co petition, and did not apply Angie's list discount. If they do a good follow up and are responsible I will amend review.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I am a repeat customer, as I moved from the home with my first awning. That awning is still used and hanging, and looks in great shape, after twelve years! The awning was made, delivered, and installed by the date promised, and the installers were polite, and experienced. Brian came back to check on the final product after installation. A very positive experience. No doubt, if I move again, I will definitely buy a new awing and definitely use Brian and Carroll Awning. They are the BEST!
Description of Work: My Salesman, Brian Kendrick, came to my home and measured for an awing on the south side of my home. He priced the home and helped me choose, from a picture I took of an awning at another person's home, the correct fabric. He then worked up my estimate, and had the drawings confirmed by an owner of the company, as this frame had some difficult patters to follow on the house. He was in contact with me very soon after his first visit, and to show me the design suggested. At no time was Brian pushy to get the contract signed. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and promptly after calling the office.

+ -1 moreOur experience with Carroll Awning was fantastic from beginning to end. Brian Kendrick showed up promptly, gave us a detailed estimate of the costs and answered all of our questions. Installation occurred when we weren't home and exactly when Brian said the work would be done. The installers were neat and left no sign they had been to our home except for an exceptional awning. The frame is a substantial improvement over our prievious version. Brian recently checked back to see if we were happy with work. We are delighted. We highly recommend Carroll Awning.
