It went well, The representative Joe Rayman explained me more about awning because I do not know about awning He shows examples of awning that they put around, they installed it in one day, They were very professional and the awning looks nice. Done two repairs but they are always there to repair the awning.

Joe Reymann was quick to help me out with a remote problem. He was prompt friendly knowledgeable and willing to make sure our awning sensor and remote were working perfectly. Th9is firm goes the extra mile to assist even after the sale is complete.

I had contacted Carroll Awning w/ plans for a retractable awning. My sales rep Joe Reymann was very attentive to my needs (I am a Senior Citizen). Due to an unexpected family situation I was not able to proceed. Joe was very pleasant and understanding. This Company obviously does CARE about their clients which is refreshing to see in today's world.

Sales process went well. The installers, however, were not very professional. They left furniture out of place and lots of hand-prints on the glass doors.

The boss was able to pick out a great pattern that looks great with the new furniture and backyard. The whole project was even for our daughter's High School Graduation and they were able to squeeze us in before the party. We were a little bit of a pain as we had the end height adjusted a couple of times and they cam the same day. Exemplary service, timely installation, and more importantly followed up with us after the party to make sure we liked it. WE LOVE IT. Joe Reyman was our Sales Rep and I'd give them the highest rating for quality and serviced. Excellent company.

Carroll Awning contacted me immediately ... set up an appointment to check out the situation ... and arrived on time. I felt that they really wanted to help but they convinced me that new windows would be a more appropriate solution. Would highly recommend this company; I'm assuming that their work matches their professionalism.

When I called, it took them 2 days to come out. The estimate $1250 just for installation. I think he is trying to take advantage of consumers.

Great! The salesman was professional, on time and knowledgeable . He was willing to meet after work once I got home from work and he answered all of my questions. They also had free financing. I was able to keep a sample book overnight and from contract to awning install it was only 5 weeks. The awning looks awesome and we would highly recommend Carroll Awning.

The representative from Carroll Awning showed us samples of material for the awning. We were unsure about the color so he had several samples sent to our home so we could take our time picking out the best color match to our siding. He was personable, informed, took as much time as we needed, and helped us in the selection of the fabric. The installers showed up on time, installed the awning with no problems, and we have thoroughly enjoyed the shade provided by the retractable awning. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

It went wonderful, the guys were super. They put this awning up in 3 1/2 hours. It was a 9x13 awning. Brian, the salesman, was so patient with me. He showed me what they would do, we marked everything off in chalk so I could visualize where it would be and how long it would be. They couldn't have been any nicer or patient with me. They cleaned up after themselves, they were very nice. I thank them for doing an excellent job.

Brian Kendrick from Carroll Awning came to the house prepared to show us retractible awnings, but after some discussion we were not sure a retractible awning would work for us. He left us with a couple of quotes, but also showed us some pictures of permanent awnings the company had done. We asked him to send us a quote on a permanent awning. When we found out the price of the permanent awning was not that different from the retractable, we ask him to come back out to the house, so we could talk about a design, and look at fabrics. When he came back, he had samples of the fabrics that we were able to take out on the deck to see what fabric would look best. He talked us though some options and spent a couple of hours helping us finalize the awning look. The company then had to build the awning in their facilities and kept us informed on the progress. When they came back to the house to put the awning up, they found an issue with the frame. Instead of putting it up anyway, they took it back to the shop, and fixed it that evening, The awning was up the next day. The company was professional and helpful with high quality standards. I am very happy with the awning and it looks great. I would highly recommend Carroll Awning for any awning needs.

I live in a row-home in Baltimore City, and we have neighbors on both sides that had awnings previously installed. After installation of our awning, it was clear to see the dramatic improvement in quality that Carroll Awning provided. We required a slight adjustment after installation and I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the whole team. We had done extensive research to select an awning installer. Although Carroll Awning wasn't the cheapest, we determined their product to be of higher quality in comparison to other companies and their product and service got better reviews. The entire process from purchase to installation was great. Everyone was very professional and we couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and quality of the product. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Brian, their salesman was very professional. He was prompt for each appointment and his follow up paper work was prompt as well. The installation crew were only here for about a half a day. The fabric, frame and performance are exactly as represented.. I really love sitting under it during the rain!

Carroll Awning Co is an excellent company. I was researching outdoor patio awnings and their name kept coming up with excellent reviews. Brian was the salesperson who answered all my questions. He made two trips to my home which was quite far from their service area. Brian was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He did not oversell or try to talk me into items I did not need. He could answer all questions and provided great references. The line of awnings and fabric samples were of high quality. My order was available earlier than projected and the installation team brought it to my home and installed it perfectly. Everything went so smoothly from sales to installation! This company really delivers on its products and services - a true pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

They were great. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation to the install! I had previously picked out a fabric (with a different company) that they didn't originally show, but they got it for me at no additional charge. I would recommend them to anyone!

Estimate was on time and speedy. Offered a better section of fabrics then their competitor (Hoffman) and also a lower price. Although price is still on the high side for these awnings, it is just what it is. The quality is superb! Looks great, very solid, and done right the first time. Waiting on more funds so I can have them come back and do some more windows.

I appreciated commitment or owner Tim Carroll to getting the awning his company installed last year working again with the original motor which he did not install. He could have sold me a new motor but instead got the old one working fine. He did not charge any additional amount. He was professional and very kind. Would recommend this company but would want owner himself involved in supervision. He is great

Free estimate within one week of request. Sales representative was low pressure, had all the sample materials, answered all our questions. Second visit to finalize measurements within 2 days of bid acceptance. Price was somewhat high but included removal of old structure. Bid was $1000 more than nearest competitor, Hoffman Awnings. Carrol Awning provided an isometric drawing of their planned build for our approval, something not often provided. Delivery promised in 4-6 weeks and to my delight installation took 3 hours after only 4 weeks shop build. Most of the structure was built in the factory in two pieces and welded together on site. First real rain test was on 8/4/2014 and it performed very well. I felt like this was a quality job and expect any needed service will be well taken care of.

I LOVE MY AWNINGS THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO. BLOCK THE SUN AND COVER ME FROM THE ELEMENTS AND THE ARE EYE CATCHING.

This latest project is my third awning that was done by Carroll Awning Company. This experience went just as smooth as my previous projects with them. Their salesman Brian met with my wife and I at our home to discuss our need to shade an area by the pool. He recommended a few different options and showed us pictures of similar awnings that they have completed. We decided on a stationary design that fit our need. We agreed on a price and ordered the awning. Within a few days of contracting, Brian emailed us a detailed drawing of the awning for our final approval of the design. We replied back with an approval to begin the work. Our awning was installed within the time frame that we were given and it looks perfect! If you are looking for a reputable company that still places customer satisfaction as a primary goal, I highly recommend Carroll Awning.

We were extremely pleased with the product, service and installation of our custom motorized awning. We called several companies for estimates. Even though Carroll was not the cheapest we choose them because we actually got to talk to a previous customer and was able to see their work. Installation was completed as promised and they were respectful of our home. Management followed-up with a call to make sure we were pleased with their product and installation. The company offers designer fabrics to select from to match your home and quality frames that we are sure will give us many years of pleasure. We liked their product so we ordered another. We are pleased with their professionalism, level of work, and whole demeanor. We highly recommend their company.

I previously had a large retractable awning installed over my terrace which was clearly not the appropriate solution for the job. We generally had the awning open all summer. After five years, the awning was ripped and the engine inoperable. When I spoke with the representative from Carroll Awning, he explained why a retractable awning was not appropriate for our usage, and the limitations of the functions of retractable awnings. That is, retractable awnings are not intended to provide anything other than shelter from the sun, not from the rain, and they should be retracted when not in use. This was something the prior awning company had never explained. As a result, we had a permanent frame built with an awning that can be put up in the spring and taken down in the fall. They are far sturdier, not as vulnerable to wind, and provide shelter from rain. They can even be left up in the winter if you so choose. It is a more expensive, but far more durable solution. Carroll Awning was professional, helpful, and the end product was without question worth the additional money. I have recommended them since then to clients of mine, who were also quite satisfied.
