This was a $129 big deal purchase. They came out about a week after I purchased the big deal. They had good customer service and he explained everything he was going to do. He let me know when the machine was going to get loud. It was excellent customer service and the way he did it was excellent. For everything he did I think it was a good price. His punctuality was wonderful. He was fair and would have let me know if he was late, but he wasn't.

The person showed up early to clean my carpets and started to set things up right away. Throughout the process, he was very professional, and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. He worked non-stop, did a great job cleaning the carpets, and got all of the stains out of the carpet on the stairs and from the other areas also. I would definitely use this company again to clean my carpets. Very professional, and great affordable price.

Fantastic! Mr. Fox ( the owner) personally came out at the specified time and cleaned our carpeting. He gave us the quote ( very reasonable) up front and cleaned carpeting in 7 rooms and and a very long staircase. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would use his services again and I highly recommend him!

Before I say anything about the work that was done, allow me tell you about Barney (the owner of CQC that does all the work personally). He is a detail-oriented PERFECTIONIST! -and this can be seen in all the work he does. We own a meticulously clean house - and this required a professional that has the same mindset. He arrived, reviewed areas to be cleaned, then sprayed, scrubbed, and steam cleaned with a portable machine. He used HOT clean water for his machine. Any spot treatments were prepped ahead of time and cleaned perfectly. He took time to explain to me the entire process and set all the expectations to include drying time. All machine and hand scrubbing (on stair treads) was very time consuming and he excerted lots of effort and elbow-grease. I don't think an employee would, or could, exert this kind of effort. This hard work can only be done by the owner of a business that is unwilling to cut corners. I highly recommend Barney (CQC). He is highly experienced and highly dedicated. Barney Fox, the owner of the company, made an appointment to come to my home to take a look at the carpet and rugs I wanted to have cleaned and give me an estimate for the work. He listened to my concerns, informed me of all my options, was very direct about what the expected outcome would be. The basement carpet had some very old stains that he thought he could improve but likely not remove entirely and, In fact, they are MUCH, MUCH better than before but not pristine perfect, just as he said. :) The carpet is almost nine years old and looks pretty darn good, considering! He uses hot water extraction equipment and I was pleased that the carpet and rugs were just barely damp, smelled fresh, and dried quickly. I had sent out my oriental rugs to be cleaned in the past (which is what the industry recommends but is super expensive), but I was will to risk in-home cleaning because it was really convenient for me and much more cost effective. I just had him start with my least valuable one and I was thrilled, so I had the other one done too. He was prompt and courteous, charged exactly what we discussed and he did not try to "upsell" me on any services. He guarantees his work and offered to come back and fix anything if I wasn't satisfied. There was't any need in my case, I was thoroughly happy. Highly recommend!
