Barney is a true gentleman and professional. We lost power due to a storm halfway thru the carpet cleaning process. He came back to finish the job like he promised and did an outstanding job. Carpet looks and smells amazing; what a difference. Highly recommend him as a true professional and all around great guy!

What a tremendous company! The process went very smoothly. The original appointment was set for Friday 2/2/2018 but was moved up because of a cancellation. Barney spent 3 hours carefully treating and cleaning the carpet. He is a detailed and professional craftsman of his trade. The carpets look spectacular! Barney has cleaned our carpet at our previous home so we knew who to call for our new house. If you want excellent service, and amazing looking carpet at an affordable price do not hesitate to call Barney.

The carpeting is several years old, light in color, and had never been cleaned. Barney was excellent. He carefully looked over the job, explained everything in advance, asked permission before placing equipment on tile floors and using water from the kitchen sink. As expected there was a reasonable extra charge for the stairs, which exceeded the deal. He was polite and professional, and worked very hard for over two hours. He answered my questions about drying time, explained the effort needed to deal with spot cleaning I had done, and cleaned up well after completing the work. The carpets took 48 hours to dry completely, and look wonderful. Very pleased.

Excellent outcome. Carpet had heavy pet odor and none as of now. Thorough cleaning and even brushed the nap after the cleaning. Warned me of "slip danger" going from wet carpet onto bare floor-nice.

Barney is absolutely fantastic. We moved back to our home after renting it for three years. The tenants were slobs and didn't regularly clean the house. Our carpets were rough and smelled like unwashed dog. They had supposedly been cleaned by the property management company, but I believe that was not true. I called Barney on a Saturday and asked if he could come out. To my pleasant surprise he came out that afternoon. After a walk around where I showed him the issues, he listened intently and then explained what he could do and which stains may not come out and which ones would. It was very informative and set my expectations nicely. He got right to work and didn't stop until the job was complete. The carpets looked great! He also was able to get some of the stains that he thought he may not be able to pull out of the carpet. Barney is a true class act. Friendly, polite, professional, and provides outstanding service at a great cost. I cannot recommend him and CQC enough.

Barney contacted me promptly to set up the appointment and was able to adjust to my schedule. The results are better than I have had on the same carpets with larger chain companies.

I had a great experience working with Barney! He responded to my initial request quickly and even agreed to come out on Memorial Day to clean my carpet. He finished the job quickly and my carpet looks great!

Barney was very friendly, responsive and accommodated me to on short notice. He give a realistic expectation as what to expect since I had set in stains. Not all stains came out 100% but it was still much improved. His fees were better than most others I checked with in the area. A lot of places charged extra per step but Barney included it in his fee. I would recommend him to other.

Mr. Barney Fox was as punctual as one can get. I wonder if he watched the clock all the way to my house for he rang the bell at the exact appointed time! He surveyed the work to be done and quickly began the task at hand. It took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time he arrived until the finish. Professionalism should be his lst name. Mr. Fox (even though I kept calling him another name by mistake, of course), explained what the job entailed and instructed me how to care for the carpets after they dried. I am sooooo impressed. Many workers have been here for various jobs but did not perform the caliber of work Mr. Barney Fox did.. His work was excellent and my, more than slightly dirty carpet, almost looks new! He cleaned up and the left the house as he'd found it - no mess.

A wonderful experience, from initial communication through final results. We couldn't be happier with the encounter or the work! Barney was prompt, thoughtful, immaculate and extremely considerate of any disturbance he might be causing as he worked. The final results were impeccable. All this at a price that was half of what I had been paying my previous carpet cleaning service.
