Description of Work: Deep cleaned house -- 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, hallways. Turned mattress, cleaned baseboards, cleaned stove/oven, etc.

Description of Work: Amazing!! I can't be happier with the cleaning or service. I hired BGR to clean my new house. The previous owners left the house *trashed*. I couldn't even put things away in the bathrooms because the vanities scared me too much. Now the house is beautiful. Jorge was extremely responsive over email, came over promptly, and left the house spotless. My radiators are even clean!! I am a very picky person and would recommend this service to anyone.

Description of Work: BGR Cleaning Service is the best service I have used in Baltimore. Since I moved here 2½ years ago, I have been through 5 other cleaning services. What distinguishes BGR is not only their thoroughness, but also the little extra things they do, and their customer service. Other companies I have used were, quite simply, not thorough. There were significant things that were left untouched, or cleaned only in a surface manner. BGR cleans everything thoroughly each visit. I find the price to be extremely reasonable particularly for the quality of the service. One of my biggest beefs about other services I had used was an uneasy feeling I always had about the value I was getting. I have a two-bedroom, two-full-bath, large apartment, and some companies were in out in less than 75 minutes. Needless to say, you cannot clean thoroughly in that amount of time, and the cost was sometimes extraordinary. BGR is reasonably priced, and thorough in execution. One of the things Jorge Ruiz, the owner, told me was that if anything was not cleaned to my satisfaction, he would come back, and make things right. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on this guarantee at this time, because I have never had to ask him to return to my apartment. As I also mentioned, in addition to the thoroughness, BGR’s customer service is great. Jorge emails frequently, answering questions I may have posed, letting me know about schedules when I have requested specific days and times, and any other thing that requires communication. I never heard from the personnel of the other five services I used, so often times I wouldn’t know what time they were expected to arrive, if they were going to accomplish any special requests I had, etc. You’ll always know what’s going on with BGR. Lastly, I mentioned the little extra things they do. Let me share one example, out of many I could illustrate. I have a dog (a yellow Lab) that sheds profusely. Now I would expect that the dog hair on the floors and furniture would be taken care of, so I don’t consider that “extra” (and of course my floors and furniture are, indeed, spotless after their cleaning). But when I arrived home after the first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my bed had been impeccably made (I didn’t expect that the bed would be made as part of the cleaning – so that was a nice touch). But the kicker is that I have a dark brown comforter, and my dog likes to get up on the bed sometimes, so it was covered with quite a bit of blonde dog hair. It was perfectly clean when I got home. I honestly think they ran the vacuum cleaner over the comforter. I couldn’t believe it.
