It was great! they arrive on time and clean after themselves , did a thorough job, always send reminders so I know they are coming. They do an email and text reminder.

I have been using BGR's services for well over a year. They provide an excellent service that does not diminish over time. Every cleaning is completed with the same attention to detail as the first. They are professional, efficient, and care about the quality of their work. I have used many other companies, and service always dropped off over time. This is not the case with this hardworking small company. I can't recommend highly enough.

Purchased deep cleaning but needed service asap. Company could not provide service until 1/18/14.

It went great. I've had multiple issues with cleaners and this was by far the best experience. BGR was very diligent calling to verify exactly what needed to be cleaned. They were very flexible and went above and beyond. For example, they were only supposed to clean for 4 hours but went 6.5 hours to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They did a great job and the house smells great. Thanks!

I used BGR for a couple years. He was always courteous and professional. He and his assistant are the kind of people you trust to have in your home. He is always sensitive to what is going on. We have a baby in the house and Jorge always checked to make sure it was ok to vacuum. He has always been able to accommodate us when we wanted a full house cleaning. We recently moved and we miss the service provided by BGR. I would hire him again in a second!!

After researching cleaners on Angie's list and comparing user ratings I contacted Jorge and had him come by for a free estimate/walk through. He was very prompt with getting me an actual estimate and scheduling a time for him and his crew to come clean our home. They arrived on time and began working immediately. They spent approximately 4 1/2 hours cleaning and the house was spotless when they left.

Everything went very smoothly. I called Jorge to make the appointment, and he already had my name and contact information from my Big Deal purchase and seemed to be expecting my call, so he's clearly organized. He sent an email a couple days in advance to confirm/remind, along with a few guidelines. I was not home during the cleaning, so I cannot say anything about punctuality or process, but when I got home, the house was sparkling. For example, the bathtub has never been fully clean before--a previous owner had non-slip stickers in there, I think, and I could never get the marks off fully--but Jorge was successful. I was not 100% convinced that the basement had been cleaned--it's not a finished basement, but my cats spend a lot of time down there, so I try to keep the basement grime to a dull roar--but it's possible the cleaning crew just missed a couple spots. Either way, Jorge sent a very nice follow-up email and said he would return to address any complaints, and I opted not to mention the basement--it wasn't a big deal, and again, I really wasn't sure whether it had been cleaned or not--so I assume if I had protested, he would have returned to check things out and fix anything that didn't meet his standards. I was very happy with the service overall and will probably get quotes from the company for future cleanings.

Since I am no longer able to do deep cleaning, a friend purchased this service for me to carry out some of the cleaning activities that I used to do Spring and Fall.There were two cleaning persons here, one being Jorge Ruiz. They were here for six hours and cleaned efficiently, constantly, and thoroughly performing the jobs outlined to them. I don't know how this was possible, but my house stayed cleaner, i.e. for a much longer period of time than when my regular cleaning ladies come once a month. They arrived on time and provided the full amount of time contracted for. They were very pleasant and friendly and offered suggestions for cleaning e.g. using a product other than Murphy's Oil on my cabinets. Kitchen floor was cleaner than it looked in a long time. Jorge and his assistant worked around my activities. I I would definitely have them again. It is so good to have a totally clean house.

Everything went exactly as explained in the offer. The work performed is so far above the caliber of a cleaning agency such as Merry Maids (been there done that!). BGR does not smell like smoke when they show up, they are on time, they take pride in their work and the corners are clean when they leave!!!

Excellent attention to detail, thorough, and diligent. I have since hired BGR for monthly cleanings, and they continue to impress with the quality of the work. This is the 4th different cleaning service I've used in recent years, and the first I am completely satisfied with.

Mr. Ruiz was very polite, punctual and courteous. He and his assistant cleaned baseboards, window sills kitchen floor and bathroom floors on their knees. I have an older kitchen lineoleum and they made it look brand new. I was unaware that the sliding glass door to the deck-had stinkbugs in the sill-well, they cleaned those out- and were very gracious about this. The paintings look great. I have wood that has a lot of detail-and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them.
