The service was excellent. She came out with her crew and was very spot on throughout the whole process. I had even bought a few TV's after the service was completed and she came right back out and helped me with it. She was always very prompt, courteous, and professional. I can tell she enjoys her job, and she is very hands on. She followed up afterwards as well which I really appreciated. Her feedback was good, and she always made sure that everything was going smoothly. It was a very positive experience.

I highly recommend Belle's Hauling & Moving. A wooden picnic table was removed from my rear deck area. Upon arrival, it was noted that my picnic table haul should have been an additional price due to it having built-in benches, however, Belle honored the original quote for which I am truly thankful. The picnic table was fully dismantled and hauled away. I will use this company in the future for any hauling needs. Service was excellent!

I had a wonderful and worry-free moving experience with Belle's Hauling and Moving. Belle gave me a reasonable estimate for the cost of moving my household from a two-story townhouse to a three-story townhouse. She also gave me great tips on how to pack effectively. On moving day, Belle showed up with 5 moving men on time and ready to roll. I have never seen a moving crew work so quickly and efficiently. They had my furniture and boxes loaded onto the moving van and unloaded into my new place in about 4 hours! There was no damage or breakage. Everything was placed where I requested it. The moving crew were fastidious about not leaving dirt on the carpet or marks on the walls even though everything had to be hauled up a narrow stairway in the new place. I would not hesitate to hire Belle's Hauling and Moving service again for any future move, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to my friends and family or to anyone else that should want the name of a trustworthy moving company.

Ms. Belle and her team did a fabulous job. Job was done in on one day; no changes to the original esimate. House and yard were cleared of all debris.

The overall job took a lot longer then they anticipated, but they were very professional throughout the whole process. The doors on one refrigerator had to be removed to navigate the narrow space of the stairs. They removed the doors very carefully and reassembled them including disconnecting and reconnecting the ice maker lines without a leak. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called Belles Hauling and personally spoke with Belle. I found her pleasant, professional and efficient. I asked if she serviced my area, she confirmed and asked what time would be convenient for her and staff to come out to the property. I told her within the next two days, but I only wanted a quote. I felt I needed at least two quotes. I called another vendor, who did not service my area. I immediately called back Belle and verified that I wanted to use her service. She told me that she could not come within the next two days, but could come that day; which was even better. I told her an evening appointment was convenient. She asked what time specifically, we agreed to 8 p.m. Belle and her assistant arrived exactly at 8p.m. She immediately introduced herself and her assistant, confirmed the service price and asked where the item for pickup was located. Because she was hauling a refrigerator, she surveyed the area for any obstacles, then was met by her assistant, whom together with Belle, removed the refrigerator. The whole process was efficient, and quick. We were very happy with her concern for our property. She even asked twice, if we had locked the patio door, where the refrigerator was moved through. We gave her a nice tip. We will use her service again.

Called company on Tuesday and they came out to haul junk on Wednesday. Very professional, great service. Will use again

The company gave me esimate and they went by the property and took care of everything in one day. I am 60 miles from the proerty so I was please with them handing everything.

I contacted Belle's via email with the items I needed hauled from my home. She promptly responded and was able to get the items removed the very next day. I will definitely use again in the future.

Belle and her son came right on time. Belle was incredibly professional and very pleasant. I was really impressed with how much care they took to avoid hitting any walls, molding, banisters, etc. I really appreciated the care they took. And they were very fast. Belle requires cash payment, which she explained up front when I made the appointment so that was not a problem at all. We will definitely use her company again.

She was real careful and knew exactly what she was doing. She didn't overcharge us and was very fair. She moved the furniture in the house and didn't bang the walls or furniture.

Contacted Belle's the morning of April 2 and received a prompt response call. She provided a time she would be stopping by and was punctual. The property is a rowhome with a spiral staircase. She assessed the situation, talked through the plan and performed the transfer. All done within 1 1/2 to 2 hours.She and her crew were very conscientious about not harming my property. Very pleased with results.

Belle was prompt in replying to my request for information and flexible in scheduling. She and her team were efficient and extremely careful. They went above and beyond in protecting my furniture. The team was late to pick-up due to rain but was prompt in notifying me they would be late and kept me updated as they made their way t o me. Additionally, in my original request Belle missed that there was hauling to do, she revised her quote but only by $25 as it was her error. I am extremely pleased with her service and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Excellent. Uneblievable. Belle arrived on time at the door with 2 very strong looking young men, which was encouraging, but she was the strongest! Her will is as strong as her arms. Furniture that could not possibly get around the stair corner, she got it there. She and her team worked very, very hard. Totally professional and careful. I was impressed and grateful, as i had trouble tracking down someone to do exactly what i needed. Most companies do furniture moving as in loading a truck and moving away. but I had needs within my house. I cannot say enough good about their work. I would and will use them again readily. I discovered that they also offer other services. handyman kind of things. For example they could put together an exercise gym in my garage that they noticed in pieces and i don't know how to put it together. They can put together furniture from those awful packages that arrive with impossible instructions! I have their number on my fridge for all kinds of home needs. I gave them a tip for sure! They deserved it. Belle is very serious and focused. Very professional. just great.

Out of about 40 moves, one of the top three ever! I am pushing 50 and have moved almost that many times. I have moved dozens and dozens of times. On multiple occasions, I have moved: overseas and back; across country; across most of the country; interstate; intrastate and just across town. Before the 28th, only two of those moves stood out in my mind due to the positive moving experience itself. Now I have three outstanding experiences. To begin with, Ms. Belle responded to my initial inquiry quickly and thoroughly. She came out to confirm the list of items I submitted via email. We're lucky she did. (After all these years, you'd think I'd learn to just leave certain things completely in my wife's hands.) I had forgotten some significant pieces of furniture (OK, so I remembered MY multi-part computer desk and forgot my wife's china hutch and curio cabinet. So sue me.) and underestimated the number of boxes. Working with my wife, she revised the estimate appropriately. On the day of the move, Ms. Belle and part of her crew arrived early, so as to be completely prepared once the job was supposed to start. Six hours later, everything had been moved across town, put into our new house and - where appropriate - reassembled. Ms. Belle and her crew worked tirelessly the entire time, barely stopping to stay hydrated and catch their breathes. I mean, I spent 10 years in the Marine Corps and have had - albeit only occasionally! - Marine fire teams who didn't work that hard. The spaces in the originating house were pretty tight. They handled the furniture movement very professionally, with very few minor issues. My wife is extremely meticulous about moving, more than you would think from her sunny personality. After Ms. Belle and crew left, she was complaining about a couple of things. It was kind of funny to watch. She'd get up a head of steam, start in on her list and then realize there were only a couple of things on it and that they were small. I said "Hey, beautiful, you?re usually rip roaring mad after a move and stay that way for weeks. Quite a contrast, eh?" It is a good thing Ms. Belle didn't know how much my wife's post-move mood is worth to me. I am sure the estimate would have been substantially higher. And I would have gladly paid. Now, just so you won't think this review is all the result of move-induced exhaustion, I will say that there is a flaw in the business model. Ms. Belle's crew was hard working and friendly. Perhaps they would have been in her absence. I wouldn't want to find out. It was obvious that all the knowledge of how to actually move items through space resides in Ms. Belle's head. She was a friendly, professional leader who used her resources well and got the most out of them. But if I was to hire them again, and I would in a heartbeat, my sole condition would be her involvement. When Ms. Belle is able to find another crew leader and some team members who share her best qualities, I don't see anything stopping her from becoming the Queen of Baltimore moving.

emailed them with request for a quote for removing and hauling specified items from house. They responded to email in less than 24 hours with quote. Ammount quoted appeared reasonable given number, size of items and difficulty in removing them fom house. I did not use their service because individual buying house said he wanted to keep some items, could make arrangements to donate others, and would dispose of what was left.

Called Ms. Belle at 9:00, work was completed with great care that same day by 11:30. Wonderful experience.

Contacted Belle (owner) via email with a detailed list of what I wanted to accomplish which was moving furniture around within my home including taking several items to the dump. She responded quickly with a fair price for the job and was able to fit me in the following weekend. When she and her crew showed up they got right to work and were absolutely amazing! They carried large, oversized and heavy items both up and down multiple flights of stairs and took great care with each piece--took the time to make sure no scratches or dings on the furniture or our walls. Belle was in constant communication with me making sure everything was being done as needed. The real challenge of the job was moving a very large armoire from our second floor to our first floor down the winding stair case. I was convinced it couldn't be done as when we moved into our home the movers at the time hauled the thing in thru our second story window. However, Belle and her capable crew were able, with much finesse and team work, to get that monster down the stairs and where it needed to go. I am so impressed with Belle and her staff and am so appreciative of the outstanding service provided. I will use them again in the future and have already recommended them to several people. Don't hesitate to utilize this company!

Called to get an estimate for piano hauling from my basement to the dump. The lady that I spoke to asked me some basic questions like whether or not the basement door was wide enough or if the piano was able to manuver, or whether or not there were steps, etc... In speaking with her, I was able to get a sense that she and her crew did many of these types of removals and it was an easier said than done process that would take at least 2 men with lots of heavy duty equipment to basically destroy the piano and remove it chunk by chunk. And, it would be at least $400 about a half of days work, and very loud in machine cutting and noise. She was quite forthcoming with the information and honest about what the job would entail. Long story short, it took me about 6 days working off and on, about 2 weeks at the accupuncture office, a chain saw, and a sledge hammer and I was able to slay this 500lb upright piano and save the money.
