It went flawlessly. Belle's Hauling was here in window of time specified. The futon was taken apart for ease to carry down steps. Friendly, professional.

It went great, they showed up on time and were very, very careful moving the equipment so as to not damage the equipment or the house. Very impressed with their professionalism. If I ever need to have stuff moved or hauled again I will use them again.

Lita was awesome. They did a wonderful job with some really heavy furniture and did not make a mark on any furniture or on any walls. They took their time and were super careful with each piece. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be keeping her card for any future moving of furniture I will need. It was really nice dealing with a company that is all about customer service.

There was prompt and good communication and a price was quoted for the job. Ms. Belle texted that she was on her way & when she arrived. She was very pleasant and courteous and took away the recliner quickly. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend her services.

My mom called to make an appointment and she (I'm pretty sure it was Belle, I didn't make the appt.) was able to come within the hour, which was more than fine with me! She arrived when promised and quickly and efficiently took our junk away.

Great service! I love Lita and her team. Lita's customer service was top-notch. Before I even had a chance to call to confirm they were still coming, Lita has called me to confirm (you would be surprised how many service folks don't show up or are late.) And, they came exactly when they said. Also - super fair pricing. Almost every other mover, quoted at least double or triple what Lita quoted. I definitely recommend Belle's and will be using them again.

The company was very professional. They reqponded quickly to my questions on availibility and price, the confirmed the day before, and then showed up right on time. The move was very easy. Everything arived intact and they had things finished very quickly and efficiently. The two people doing the moving were very carefull with our items, and with not knocking into other things in our home, even though it was a very thigh fit. I will definitely use them again if I need things moved.

Another move; another 5-star review. Called Lita to return to the kitchen, some of the base cabinets and wall cabinets she previously moved to the second floor. This woman is 100% friendly, courteous, and professional in all of her business transactions. I had hired Belle's Hauling & Moving to take all of my kitchen furniture to the second floor on March 8. Now that I have the new kitchen floor installed, I hired her to return 2base cabinets, three corner cabinets and one wall unit back to the kitchen on the 1st floor. First-rate quality from beginning to end. Wish I had more things for her to move. I highly recommend Belle's Hauling and Moving to everyone. Thank's Lita, for making every move a joyful experience.

Lita is exceptionally professional when running her business. I had to reschedule this move three different times under stressful (for me) circumstances. She accommodated my every request with respect and calm. I needed to empty out the downstairs area for the flooring people who are coming today, Tuesday. This involved moving 3 very tall and heavy pantry cabinets, 2 tall and heavy storage cabinets and 2 kitchen base (60") cabinets to the second floor. Additionally, I needed to have a very heavy old Thomasville entertainment center broken down and removed. They loaded this entertainment center onto the truck and hauled it to the dump. I will attach pictures of the items to this review. She and her staff are truly careful of all the furniture, walls, ceilings, stairs and floors when moving items. I highly recommend hiring her for all types of tasks from hauling, moving, setting up exercise equiptment, etc.. the list is long and I believe it is posted below her name and phone number. When it comes time to move all the furniture back downstairs, I will hire her again. Again, I recommend that you read the list of tasks for which she and her staff are available. HIRE THIS COMPANY! You won't regret it. Now, I will attempt to load the pictures. If I don't succeed this time, I will come back later and try again.

My daughter was moving from her apartment on the second floor of an older house to a third floor apartment in a typical garden-style apartment building four miles away. She didn?t have a lot of furniture but we needed professional help moving these items. This involved lugging furniture down a long flight of narrow stairs from the 2nd floor to the front door and out. The queen size IKEA bed with bookcase head board and underneath drawers needed to be disassembled and, ultimately, reassembled at the new place. Two TVs needed to be moved to my car so that I can drive them to the new apt, as well as two portable air conditioner units (that wasn?t going to the apartment) so that I could take them home with me. I knew that I wanted a reputable and proven local mover who could provide the services that I needed in a professional way regardless of the size or nature of the job or distance involved (some movers are picky). Based on the reviews from Angie?s List, I decided to contact Lita from Belle. At my request, Lita came out to the apartment so that we could visually go over the items that needed to be moved and discuss what I wanted done. I received an on-the-spot price quote that I felt was reasonable. On move day, Lita and her son arrived within the agreed timeframe. As indicated in numerous reviews, the Belle team is very organized, efficient and comes well prepared with moving blankets and all material required to ensure safety and prevent damage to your property. They are very conscious of what they are handling and treat your items with great care. Everything was packed up and the truck was ready to go within the given timeframe. Lita and her son were equally great at the other end unloading, moving and reassembling the furniture at the new apartment. Forgot to mention that throughout this whole process, they were a pleasure to interact with---always courteous and easy to communicate with. The overall experience was excellent and stress-free. I can?t say enough about how happy I am the way this turned out. I will certainly call on Belle?s Hauling and Moving again for future moving/hauling needs and highly recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Lita and son for the super job!

I needed a light hauler who was more than just a junk disposer, as I had a few pieces of either heirloom or emotionally-important furniture to move to my daughter's new apartment, and they were too heavy for me to move alone. I chose Belle's Hauling and Moving because they offered a range of services including apartment moves and such miscellany as furniture rearrangement, IKEA and similar furniture installs, etc. in addition to the usual junk clean outs and dump trips. Lita from Belle's was very professional--there was always a prompt reply to my emails as we were arranging the job. I felt the price was entirely fair for the distance involved in the haul and the care necessary to avoid damaging the material to be moved. Lita and her assistant showed up within the window arranged, calling ahead to let me know that they were on their way. They came fully prepared with moving blankets and treated the furniture with great care, using shrink-wrap to secure the padding so that it didn't shift during transport. They were very careful to ensure that neither furniture nor walls were scratched in moving one heavy piece from the basement. I noticed that they wrapped the bookcase shelves individually in folds of a moving blanket to ensure that they didn't rub together and get scratched. The larger piece, a chest of drawers, they actually strapped down on their truck-bed to prevent movement. About an hour and a half after they left the house, my wife called to let me know that the haulers had finished moving the furniture to my daughter's second-story walkup apartment, and that she was very pleased with my choice of mover. Vendor was courteous and professional. They showed up on time and performed their task efficiently while taking extreme care to protect our property and person. The price was fair. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second time that I have used Belle's Hauling and Moving, and I was not disappointed. Prior to the move, Belle met with me, and she gave me a fair moving estimate. Belle's moved my household from a three story townhouse to a third floor apartment on one of the hottest days this summer, and they completed the move in ~ 4 hours. Belle and her moving men were completely professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The mover showed up with 2 people. The owner, who was experienced, and her son, who was not. She coached him every step of the move. I had communicated via email prior to the move. I listed the items to be moved and where they were to go .I included pictures. In addition, some of the items listed had already been moved by me. Some of the issues included not realizing that an electric wheel chair was heavy. They had no way to move it. I drove approx. 1 mile to my house. I then drove it behind my house and brought it in our rear door because again they had no way to handle it. The movers seem surprised by the size and weight of the furniture. A sectional sofa and a television cabinet were two of the surprises. These were normal pieces of furniture. Pictures had been sent. I had to remove doors, a railing and sofa legs. One of the sectional pieces was found to be too large to even be moved. Other than the small pieces or boxes, everything was an issue. I picked this company because the number of pieces to be moved were smaller than a regular house and there were two locations that required moving. They seemed to be a smaller company. I thought this move was perfect for them. I had several conversations over the phone and settled on a price. I thought everything was good. I feel that they were in over their head. No inspection of the sites were done. Questions or comments about the size or weight were not discussed. There were not enough people to handle the job. They arrived in a vehicle with no ramp or power tailgate. i

She arrived early and got all the belongings loaded into her truck, and moved everything to a second location, and put right it was supposed to go. She was very kind and professional. I would use her again in an instant.

It went well. Belle and her assistant, (whose name escapes me) showed-up on-time and ready to go. I showed them where everything was going and they planned-out just what they were going to move first and broke it up into manageable segments. One of the staircases was rather narrow and had a 90 degree turn in the middle of it, so I was particularly worried about the walls getting banged up right there. Well, they could not have been more careful and didn't bang the wall or anything else even once. I had originally only intended for them to take the largest items, but since they had the time, they offered to grab a lot of the smaller stuff for me, too. Plus, they moved one very heavy item for me on their way out the door. I was thrilled! They even put up with all of my unsolicited advice on how they should move things, and never said a thing (even though they knew better!) They were great! I highly recommend them!! I will definitely call them again next time I need anything moved.
